I pleasure with this hotel .on the service of concierge and security check so gentle and smile .I feel comfortable to deal with but the girl in check in I think I not comfortable with because she so tense even though she helped me up writing in Arabic language as I ask for her ,She should smile face as her duty on as reception,

The management is not exactly good,such as tell me that I eat the chocolate bar in the fridge and try to charge me , and the first welcome smile from the check in NO.

The hotel is very nice. The staffs are wonderful. Food is excellent for the money. Hotel is far from city center so we have to take Uber. It is very convenient to get Uber here and it is very cheap so it is not a deal breaker for us.

when the hotel says luxury hotel, it is for real luxury, great location, very comfortable beds and much more. Recommend.
