The hotel was overbooked, so we were given room in their sister hotel. Both hotels are in a shabby area with bad roads and need decorating. Rooms are spacious, but breakfast ordinary.

I reported double pay for late check out. No return, no refund so far.

The front customer service I’m not happy you need to be fixed the other things the house keeping one of the lady she doesn’t know how to take care of the customers even she give me hard time

The hotel is average, but the area is too noisy can’t sleep. The room needs renovation, breakfast is ok for those who eats Ethiopia food there’s a lot of variety.

Glad i choose this place. Extremely helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, very comfortable bed and room. Close to airport.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Strasse an der das Hotel liegt, ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Im Restaurant Erdgeschoss tummeln sich Mäuse.

Das Hotel liegt an einer komplett vergammelten Strasse mit Viel Schmutz und ringsherum Baustellen.

This is not a 5 star property!!! Id give them 3 stars because Im generous. I don't who they pay to give these 5 star reviews, but its rigged! I should have known from the get go it was going to be ghetto. The seatbelt in the front seat van that picked us up wasn't broken. Potholes and stray dogs and homeless people outside the property. They have men outside the property who tried to take my friend to a brothel. It took 40minute for them to check me in, after getting in from a long flight and i already had a reservation. Theres was only 1 person at the front desk..
