Property was beautiful, awesome views, well maintained, clean, breakfast delish and lots of options. Staff were very professional, friendly and catered to your every need and concern. Pool and spa space was very relaxing; we used pool and saunas for a day. Only feedback I have is to add some memory foam toppers on the mattress as they were quite hard. Seems to be somewhat of a common theme in Europe, maybe sleeping on stone is better for your back but I need a bit more cushion as you’d get quite numb sleeping on these beds. Same feedback from rest of family! Overall, highly recommended!

Very clean! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Shopping center (SCC) is great too! Bunch of restaurants as well. Everything in one place!

I visited Sarajevo with my family in early May and stayed for a weekend. I was there with my spouse, 6 year old son and in-laws. Our experience was simply amazing and one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We were greeted by Hasan, a lovely man who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, he recommended restaurants, shopping spots, places to see. The breakfast experience the hotel provides was amazing, we were overwhelmed by the kindness and hospitality that every employee displayed. It was as if my own family owned the place. It is without a doubt the only place I will ever stay when visiting Sarajevo.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Direkt in einem Einkaufszentrum. Die grösse der Zimmer genial gross. Das Bett bequem, nur die Kissen sind sehr flach und hart. Fernsehen kann man nur ARD und ZDF, was sehr schade für ein fünf Sterne Hotel ist. Das Frühstück ist schrecklich, nur weiches Brot, kein Frischkäse, kein Brie, kein Hüttenkäse, kein poached Egg, nur extrem fettig zubereitete Eier. Wir haben uns eigentlich immer aufs Frühstück gefeut, aber in dem Hotel nicht.

The beds are terrible, felt like we were sleeping on the floor other then that all was good. We told the reception about the beds and she said that they were going to put something soft there like a matress but when we came back there was nothing there and when we asked about it again they said roomservice do not work after 10 which means that she lied to us in the first place

Staff was attentive and friendly - made sure we had all the relevant info - I was celebrating a birthday and they made it extra special with an in room sweet treat - hotel is located in one of the best spots of the city - easy walk to almost anywhere - covered parking in the scc center and the hotel has valet. Breakfast had a lot of options both traditional Bosnian and some intercontinental /American type breakfast options - rooms were very nice and I would have to stay very nice and best hotel in downtown Sarajevo - highly recommend!

Everything was very good, high standards, except for the restaurant. The personal at the reception was educated, very helpful and with a very good knowledge of English unlike all the places around the city. The hotel was also very clean. The breakfast buffet was perfect, delicious, with good variety. But NOT the other meals. We visited twice for the evening meal, both times food was not acceptable. The meat ( grilled and fried) was cold, overcooked and not soft, we left half untouched, really shock for such a place. Also take in mind that this hotel and a big market in the attached shopping mall DO NOT have any alcohol, so we had to celebrate New Year without champagne!! it should be mentioned by the hotel before so people can book the restaurant outside🙁. Instead of a pleasant celebration in a hotel we had a terrible meal without a glass of wine. But the general opinion of the hotel was very positive we can definitely recommend it!

This hotel was very beautiful, exquisite bath and shower areas, carved wooden panels in the rooms, cute sitting areas by the large windows. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The pool, sauna and hammam were elegantly designed. Very relaxing vibes. The massage services were also excellent as well as the food.
