We enjoyed the fact that the rooms were serviced daily by the housekeeping staff, breakfast was served buffet style daily with a different main dish, and the fact that we were literally feet away from the beach. Did I mention how delicious the breakfast was. Negril Tree House is gem, we will definitely be added to the returning guest list.

Good value with an excellent beach. AC in the room was great for the hot weather. Lunch and dinner was good. We also appreciated the small gym. The only improvement I would recommend is breakfast. It's nearly 100 degrees and water and juice cup were better suited for a child than adult. The staff would bring the smallest food portions for breakfast I have experienced. We had to ask several times to eventually get our order. The other meals were fine and service was actually good. Not sure why there were so.many issues for breakfast.

Stars: 4/5 Review: The location here is excellent! It’s only a 5-minute walk from the lobby to the sand. They have beach chairs and umbrellas already set up right next to the bar/restaurant. ​The breakfast is included and it’s decent, though it lacks variety and they charge extra for certain items like bacon. Cleanliness was good and above average. As for the service, it varied—some staff members went completely above and beyond, while others just did the bare minimum for their job. Still, you can't beat the beach access!

I was a solo traveler. Hotel was very clean and staff was very courteous, professional, and helpful for any needs. Great location for whatever you wanted to do. I highly recommend this location.

I’ve been here several times before. Once during a hurricane! I LOVE IT! The way they were during the hurricane was amazing. They were helpful and the owner came back to make sure that we had everything we needed to hunker down. Every time I come here it feels like a sense of COMMUNITY. I love this place. And anytime I come to Jamaica this is my first choice. I’ll definitely be back sooner than later!

The property has security. The rooms were clean. My room and bathroom was big. Breakfast was decent and authentic but you can get eggs. Massage was decently priced but she used techniques that made the actual massage shorter. It would be nice if they encouraged beach volleyball or an activity at a certain time. I like the floats they allow you to use. It would be nice if you had more TV channels. We couldn’t get tha nba game in our room. The location of the beach is good. I would stay there again.

Our flight was delayed and didn’t get the opportunity to call the property. Make sure you contact the property or they will cancel your reservation. That is the one thing I don’t like. They should find a way to fix that. The front desk were helpful and able to accommodate us. I love this property, I’ve been there several times. This experience wasn’t the best but overall, but I enjoy going there. The other property I enjoy is Coco La Palm. I’d recommend these properties to anyone.

This beautiful boutique resort sits right on 7 Miles Beach offering a soft white sandy beach, beautiful clear blue water, and an awesome sunset every night. The Negril Treehouse Resort has a delicious breakfast every morning until late in the morning for those who had a fun time the night before. The walkways are well lit at night with security cameras abound. They have security and local police patrolling on and off the beach. The rooms are well appointed and themed for a treehouse. There's a pool, massage therapist with indoor and beach spas, a beach bar and a restaurant steps from the soft surf. The Negril Treehouse Chef is amazing and the staff make you feel like family. There's a dive shop right next to the pickleball courts. That's right, the beach pickleball court. The Negril Treehouse has an open air lobby with men and women's bathrooms and changing rooms for day trip visitors. The Negril Treehouse Resort has Wi-Fi and cable TV. Did I mention the friendliest staff in Negril, with drivers available to take you anywhere you want to go. The Negril Treehouse Resort, my favorite place in the sun.

The staff is friendly kind and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and housekeeping staff very helpful. The grounds and view are beautiful. The breakfasts are phenomenal and one of the reasons I continue to return.

I’ve been coming here for years and it just makes everything that Negril has to offer right at your fingertips. I love this place.

The breakfast was delicious. There was no WiFi to the TV’s so therefore we could not log into our Netflix or any other streaming.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower hardware didn't work well. The soap was from a dispenser which was not easy to use without substantial force. Food was cooked to order; however it the vegetables 4x were not cooked properly. Breakfast was the best meal of the day, and the staff lovely only at this time. At the bar service was marginal. Never saw anyone clean the pool or Jacuzzi therefore I didn't feel comfortable to use. The hotel takes safety and security seriously, this alone was an A+.

First and foremost.I was drawn to the beach and the excellent concierge treatment by Mr. Tony (Montana)on a day visit. Attentive, safety, customer service and quality above standard were given to every guest on a continuous basis. You can tell when he leaves for the day.The quality is good but not great. On arrival and the entire time. I must say he was the best....taxi service and quality there and ready to help you at all times. The owner is a female that walks the premise and talk to guest..unheard of !!!!!. I am ready to go back on a longer trip next time .The only negative is the American food was disappointing burger fried chicken.Over all just short of perfect.
