Excellent service and very clean resort. Perhaps adding a few more dinning options. The food was good just a slightly larger selection. Tue staff is extremely helpful and kind. Property is very well maintained and an excellent price range.

We had a two night stay. Stayed in room 408 which was a nice room BUT a few issues.

Staff was exceptionally nice. Kudos to the chef Dinner was par excellence....looking forward to my return

Ants everywhere in the room and we did not have food or snacks in there.. suitcases, bathroom. We alerted staff on this and they tried to blame us for it. Me and a friend in an entirely different room had the same issue. When I got back to the states, my house was infected with ants. Other than that, the breakfast was great, and dinner was OK. Nice plants and pool area. It is the Caribbean’s so if you are a young woman, look out for the strange men on the beach front. If they really like you, they will stalk you for almost your entire stay.

Wonderful experience! Amazing staff, great food, and drinks. The water Park was a hit with the kids as well. The beach is public so expect some local vendors approaching you, but none were over the top.

This place is our favourite place to stay in the Caribbean. This was our 3rd time staying here and we will definitely be back. Food is great. Drinks are better. Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Very Kid friendly but also fairly quiet if you’re looking for a getaway without kids. We had one of, if not the best massage we’ve ever had at the spa. The mall, grocery store and multiple restaurants are all within a 10 min walk. The food is quite pricey but very good no matter where you go. The pool, bar, beach and snack bar are all within 100 meters of each other. HIGHLY recommend.

Old and out dated. Was not worth the money I paid

I stayed at this hotel because the Bay Garden Hotel was too outdated, with old beds, and I didn't think I could sleep there. We switched to the Bay Garden Beach Resort, where we paid $600 CAD per night. It looked nice with its beach, pools, and gardens, but the glamour faded upon closer inspection. The price didn't include breakfast, which cost about $35.00 CAD per person, and dinner buffet was approximately $90.00 CAD. The first room we received was a "garden view" overlooking a construction site, with very saggy beds with an obvious large dip in the middle. After complaining about the room, we were moved to a pool-view room with newer beds, but the springs snapped when you moved. The linens felt rough, the blankets were Vellux, and one was torn. The bed cover appeared stained or dirty. The furniture was peeling, and the bathroom looked like it had recently been renovated but looked dingy up close, with cracked tiles and leftover towel rack hardware hanging off the wall. The worst issue was that we had NO HOT WATER. On our second night, the air conditioner started leaking water onto the floor, and when the maintenance guy came to fix it, you could see a large buildup of mould. I am not one who ever spends $600.00 a night on a hotel. I am happy with a Hampton Inn. I understand St. Lucia is expensive, if you get a great deal on an all-inclusive go, it's beautiful; however, do not pay this much for this hotel, it's not worth it. I must say the staff were very lovely!

A great place to stay! Loved the Rum Punch ..

I was placed in a room with a horrible sewer smell, the ceiling fan lights not turning on and balcony door couldn’t lock on the ground floor, large holes in the blanket very expensive resort but not worth it. I will not be staying at this resort never again.

We always book a night or two at Bay Gardens Beach when in town. We come back because of that at home feel. I love the coffee service and meal options. It would be nice to see an investment in the pool area.

Perfect beachside view. It was great to have the sound of the waves as the constant backdrop. The room itself felt dated and could use some modern touches. The staff was excellent.

Beach was the highlight. Beautiful waters to swim or float. Didn’t have to wake up at 5:00am to claim your chairs which was nice. We went down around 7:30 and were the first few out there. Resort is compact which is nice. Short walk to the bar, restaurant or restroom from the beach. With the surrounding restaurants in the area it would be nice if the resort offered a partial all inclusive. The one bedroom oceanfront room was excellent. Having the extra bathroom was a bonus.

The hotel with his 75 rooms was an ideal location for our family trip. Expedia didn’t write on his website that they had sister hotels (3) that people could come on the beach so some days it was quit full. The rooms were very good. But the best part of our trip was the beach and the staff. Most of them were super friendly and knew us after only a day or so. They all fell in love with our two year old granddaughter! We had a great time and are considering coming back next year.
