While I liked that it wasn't a huge complex, the pools were small. At 7:45 am all of the chairs by the pool had been claimed (towels on them) yet nobody was actually at the pool. Also, to replenish the towels they wanted me to walk a considerable distance to some building on the other side of the restaurant. I am considered handicapped and although I can walk, I asked at the front desk for a new towel. The lady basically huffed & puffed and told me she'll see if she has one. Funny, she did have one and then instructed me to put my used towel in a very large trash bin which already had towels in it so I clearly wasn't the only person asking at the front desk for a towel.
The hispanic lady who was the hostess at the restaurant was very friendly. I ended up leaving my beach chairs that I had purchased but didn't want to transport home, for her.
