My mom and I stayed here at Hilton Garden in downtown St, John’s Newfoundland from June 1 to June 5. The rooms were clean. Staff were wondering, very caring, kind, and friendly. Breakfast was great. Dinners were fantastic. All service was outstanding. Overall, an excellent experience. I would give it a 10 out of 10 and would definitely come back. Jenn

The rooms were nice, but at 12:30 at night when we were trying to sleep it was super hot. We called down to see how to change the temperature as it was showing 28 degrees but there was an issue with the system. We had to change rooms when super tired which is a little inconvenient, and we were so hot we drank the water that was in the room and had to fight to not be charged for it. The rooms were beautiful though and the property was nice and clean.

Great room with newer finishings and furniture. The hotel was clean and generally well maintained, however one of the two elevators was not in operation, so there was a small wait time to get to your floor.

Great stay and beautiful hotel. Parking was a bit tricky, as it was narrow parking before getting hotel card to go to parking lot.

As I said before. I found broken glass upon arrival when I was hanging up my coat. I told front desk staff and I could have changed my room. But opted in staying. Also very noisy room

The rooms were very clean, the hotel was very clean. Staff were great. Always friendly and very helpful. Close to downtown which was nice to walk down at night. Wifi needs to be updated as I struggled to even open email for work purposes. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone to stay.

Room was very clean ,breakfast was ok had to ask to have some of the buffet to be filled wasn't ask if we would rather see a menu asked for a tea never got it my meal was just about gone when i had to ask for my tea again. The front desk staff was great. Parking was ok hard to get a place when the hotel is full could use more parking space. And wasn't told we had too pay for parking . I noticed i was charged for parking after the weekend was over. I don't mind paying for parking but should have been told about it.
