ห้องพักค่อนข้างใหญ่ พนักงานช่วยเหลือดีและพูดอังกฤษได้ สถานที่สะดวกมากๆ ร้านอาหารในโรงแรมอร่อยและไม่แพง ข้อเสียคือบางห้องมีกลิ่นอับ

The room is clean and comfortable. Nice window view. Staffs are very helpful.

All in all it was pretty good. Stayed for one night only but it was a good experience.

チェックインした際、宿泊客がいる部屋をアサンされました。ドアを開けてびっくり。 セキュリティの観点から、リスクがあります。また、フロントまで降りて、この状況を説明し、新たな部屋をアサインして頂きましたが、謝罪は 2日目にバスルームにがなくハウスキーピングに状況を説明して、全種類のタオルを持ってきてくれるようリクエストしたら、バスタオル一枚のみをもってきました。 5スターのホテルとしては、問題です。

Great location, good hotel with kind English speaking staff. Breakfast need to be improved with more food!

The Hotel has an amazing view of the city and is easily in walking distance of anything you need. The decor and especially the carpet in the rooms is dated but clean. We didn't have the time to take advantage of most of the amenities available at the hotel but they do offer a lot of conveniences. The staff struggled with us as English speakers but did their best to accommodate us. The conceirge was super helpful in assisting with some last minute tourists destinations. I would stay their again if I ever find myself in that part of the world.

Decent breakfast, nice spa, good location and good rooms. Great value, especially relative to some of the overpriced options around.

Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen, die Rezeptioniistien sindv nicht professionell, die Sauna ist wirklichvveraltet, die Einheimischen liegen auf die Holzliege ohne Handtuch, ĥöchstens 3 Sterne kann man geben. Das Frühstück ist verteuert bei mäßigen Angebot.

GREAT LOCATION! The hotel is excellent, spotless clean rooms, the breakfast food was very good and very tasty. The staff was realy very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the front desk staff Man Lai & Sarnai, both of them is such nice people. They help to us a lot! Because of them I will back again. The hotel menager did very professional job. He always was happy and ready to help to the hotel guests. He made our stay excellent. The cleaners were very good too, they working hard to keep the rooms spotless clean. And on the end, and as I promised to her I must olso mention Nara Zelem, the lady who is front desk staff and is a great shame for the hotel. Her behaviour was very arrogant. She was very negative and rude person. I wonder how that nice hotel employs people like her. Once again a BIG THANK to MAN and SARNAI, the hotel need staff like you guys!

The Sky Blue Hotel is in a perfect location, with many restaurants nearby and everything within walking distance. It’s very convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was nice and enjoyable, making for a great start to the day. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location.

Very nice room, and staff was helpful with outsiders too. Amenities and hygiene was ok. Only thing to improve: breakfast could have some variety of fruits.

風呂のお湯が赤みがかっており、配管の内側の汚れがあるのではないかと不安に感じた。 スタッフ、その他設備、食事などは満足できる。

客室は常に清潔 スタッフの対応も笑顔で素敵でした。

Room condition was not good. Not enough management service. Not friendly front desk staffs. Too much charge if we need transportations.

30% extra early check in charge for around 1PM check in. Not clear explanation but repeating ‘hotel policy’. Too old hotel. some electronic outlets in the room are out of order.
