Serena is expensive but it’s a great spot to “land” when you come to Kampala. The grounds are fantastic, the pool is excellent, and the service is great. Centrally located, high security - a great place to stay when you’re in Kampala.

Everyone from Housekeeping, Hosts, Front Desk, Barber, Attendants, and everyone else was extremely nice and helpful. The property is beautiful and unmatched. The hospitality exceeds anything you’ve ever experienced, even in Las Vegas!
