Amazing Trip !!!

I honestly do not understand the hype behind this place. For the amount you pay here — easily $100–150 per person depending on drinks and appetizers — the experience was shockingly bad from start to finish. I’ve genuinely received better customer service from Chick-fil-A and even McDonald’s. The service was one of the worst parts. Our salad came out completely dry with no dressing, and after trying multiple times to get someone’s attention, the staff either ignored us or acted annoyed that we were asking for basic things. It felt like once they dropped the food off, we no longer existed. Water glasses stayed empty, dirty plates sat on the table forever, and nobody checked on us. For a restaurant charging premium prices, you expect professionalism, attention to detail, and at least decent hospitality. Instead, the staff seemed disorganized, uninterested, and completely disconnected from the dining experience. The food itself was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price point. I don’t mind paying for expensive meals when the quality and service match the cost, but this felt like paying luxury prices for fast-food level service — except somehow slower and less attentive. Extremely disappointing experience overall, and unfortunately not somewhere I would recommend or return to.

Fantastic resort. Villa 10 always felt like coming home and the people were wonderful. Daniel and the wonderful people who looked after us made the stay all the better. Couldn’t recommend Round Hill enough.

nice place very clean just no TV in rooms

Classy, timeless, elegant, spotless, farm-to-table…our second trip here did not disappoint. Great couples getaway in a beautiful villa with warm, friendly staff. Also no trouble accommodating our gluten free friends.

I can't recommend this property enough. The staff are beyond courteous and efficient. We were made to feel part of a larger community, greeted by name and making every aspect of the experience memorable. The villa we enjoyed (#12) was surreal and the villa staff made it feel like home. I can't wait to return!

Absolutely brilliant. My favourite place to stay in Jamaica. Elegant, classy, excellent service, fabulous surroundings, exquisite food. Kids club. Local basket weaving, friendly staff, well maintained. Lovely beach, massages available and much more. Wish I could stay longer

This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am.

This is a beautiful property. The pool and beach areas are well maintained and the landscaping is gorgeous. The room we had in the pineapple house was well appointed. The amenities were very nice. I was unfortunately disappointed by the service. Our driver from the airport took a detour in route to run an errand, which was alarming. Most of the dining staff seemed unconcerned with serving us, the only exception being Kenneth in the main dining area, who was wonderful. The beach bartender was downright rude. I was also disappointed by the food quality. It was expensive, but just not very good. I also should mention the resort is very family friendly, which some may not mind, but there were lots of small children and it’s not my preference when I’m on this sort of trip. There is some sort of bar across the water from the property with loud music, which kept us up til after midnight our final night, which was also not great. Overall, I would not recommend and would not stay again.
