The front desk guy in the night shift was terrible. Zero attitude, rude

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the behavior of the front desk employee during my stay last night September 22 (unfortunately I don’t recall his name). Although I had made and fully paid for my reservation through Expedia, the employee initially denied the existence of my booking. Only after my repeated insistence did he finally locate the reservation and provide me with the room. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest. This is not the first time I have faced such an issue with this same individual—it has already happened to me twice. Furthermore, I have personally heard other guests express similar complaints about him. Such conduct not only causes unnecessary stress for guests but also damages the hotel’s reputation. I kindly request that the hotel management take appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that future guests do not encounter the same experience.

Needs renovation Room amenities need improvement

Rooms are 1* quality, totally overdated, broken doors, no heating, windows not closing. Needs fully to be refurbished. Breakfast very poor quality, staff not present. Very loud music till 2am in the bar. Outside bar and pool are the only photos that show how it is, other photos don't reflect how it is really. Good there was a Black Angus aside where you could have a good diner.

Nice stay

It was good relaxing stay .. the hotel is close to many amenities .. could be a walking distance to shopping mall if weather is good

Good hotel and location. Some of the equipment is tired and needs replacing. Bit of a wait for foid at bar as waiter informed me he had been on shift all day.

The staff was very helpful and I was traveling with pets and they were very kind and made it very easy for me to take care of what I needed to do. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is very old and old furniture. The hall way smells and the room was dirty when I checked in. The price I paid for it was not worth it. The hotel needs refurbishing. Won’t be staying there again to be honest

The room is clean and comfortable. The weekend music coming from the outside pool area was a bit loud

Most of facilities are not working properly and SPA and Sauna are not working either.

Toll ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio, in Fußnähe zur Shopping Mall und Fort. Gutes Essen,vor allem abends. Abends manchmal sehr laut bei Veranstaltungen am Pool,enden aber um Mitternacht.

الاقامة والمكان جيد لكن مستوى الخدمة لايرق لنفس الفخامة فجميع الوسائد والفوط سيئة وقديمة ومقطعة. اما المسبح ومستوى نظافته جدا ممتاز.
