Clean rooms, Great service, Amazing food and views

The room was wonderful! The friendly staff went a long way making our vacation all the more special. Shout out to the best people that made us feel welcomed and friends I hope to see again, Rohan for his unrelenting hard work and services to ensure we were always taken care of, Dumplin whose full of life and creating fun and laughter wherever she stands, Chanel for her grace and welcoming warmth always appearing out of nowhere at the right times no matter where we were and Knikole ready with her bright smile to help navigate wherever your adventures take you. The island beach was nice but having to pay an additional fee to have a chair closer to the beach should be worked out with the island keepers. The pool was awesome and bar tenders provided great service, we did have to wait on towels for over an hour on a couple of occasions. Food was good, some restaurants on location available for additional fees and for variety. We tried all of them! The one that stood out as a fun experience was the ‘Rum Cave’. Would have loved to get massages but the rates quite high. All in all - great experience and I would definitely recommend Zoetry stay.

My wife and I had a really enjoyable stay overall. The room was excellent, very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff truly stood out, warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was a bit mixed. The three included restaurants were just okay overall, but Hurricane Hole was our favorite and consistently delivered the best meals. The steakhouse, which comes at an additional cost, unfortunately did not meet expectations and felt below average for the price. One of the highlights was the Rum Cave experience. The tasting, including the food and rum, was outstanding. Karla made it even better with her energy and knowledge and it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our stay. The shuttle to the beach was a great touch and the beach itself was absolutely standout. Peaceful, relaxing, crystal clear water, with free water sports and beverages included. The only real downside was a noticeable sewage smell coming from the docks at times, especially around dining areas, which took away from the experience. Overall, we had a great time driven by the amazing staff, comfortable accommodations, standout beach, and a few memorable experiences. With improved food consistency and addressing the odor, this could easily be top tier.

As an all inclusive it reaffirmed that I won’t spend money on it again. Drinks were cheap versions, restaurants were mediocre and staff were surprisingly unfriendly. Would not choose this again as too remote and amenities were minimal to make more than a 2-3 day stay a chore.

A resort is located is a beautiful Marigot Bay where you have a nice views. Grounds are nice but have steep roads and on some it’s challenging to walk up and down. I didn’t like food in any of the restaurants. My room was spacious but very outdated.

Everything was amazing until we left. Had a issue with transfer back to the resort. Im not sure who fault this is if it was the transfer company or the resort so I dont wanna blane the resort for this. Butter found another transfer and we made it on time to our flight.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, amazing room and view. Service a little slow, but it’s island time, so don’t be in a rush anyway. All inclusive and easy. Loved paddling across the bay to a little coral reef and snorkeling with the free amenities.

Food was our biggest issue. It’s all inclusive, and the choices get old after day 3. Going off the reservation for something different is a huge effort- like an hour drive away. The staff was great, the massage was top notch, but the property needs a refresh. We did like the chill nature. There weren’t hordes of sports fans yelling at TVs at the poolside bar like we experienced in Maui.

Though an hour from the airport. Well worth the ride across the island to this beautiful resort. Super friendly staff. All inclusive food/drink without wasteful untasty buffets. Everyone was very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. The concierge service helped plan our stay before we even got there. Mini fridge is well stocked by staff. Easy boat shuttle over to the beach. Just be ready - lots of stairs. The island is also very mountainous. There is some distance between restaurants on property to walk. I would definitely stay again.

Be careful when trying to use resort credit. No one explained the resort credit came with certain conditions. When we checked out we were presented with a $300 bill for a dinner we understood was not included in the all-inclusive package and then told we could not apply the resort credit to this charge. No one ever explained the limitations on the resort credit. Felt very much like a bait and switch and ruined an otherwise great vacation

The staff is very relaxed . The bay is beautiful . Maximum 4 stars

St. Lucia is highly overrated. The views are nice but everything else is not worth it. Staff looks unhappy to be working there. This was a 3 star resort at best. There are locals on the beach that try to sale you things and we even witnessed a verbal altercation with a local and a guest from the hotel. The food is disgusting and has no flavor. The property smells like sewage at nighttime. Will never be back or recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been to several islands in the Caribbean and this was by far the worst experience.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Some great elements to the design overall. Staff were friendly. The small shared public beach was not inviting. You didn't want to spend time there. The food was below expectations. Not a five star resort, not close really.

Beautiful property with beautiful views and amazing amenities. The staff were amazing and attentive to our needs. An overall great experience!

Overall we had a really nice stay at Zoëtry! The facilities are really nice, especially the pool and our room. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Overall, the atmosphere was very charming and relaxing. Cons were that the food wasn’t very good, except at the steakhouse where you had to pay extra outside of the all-inclusive, and the beach they use is open to the public, so it’s just not quite as peaceful compared to a private beach. If you are looking for a resort vacation that is very relaxing without breaking the bank, and you don’t mind missing some of the full luxury experiences, then Zoëtry would be a great place for you and/or your family!

Very had to find lounge chairs in pool areas. Not enough loungers for size of property.
