とても楽しく過ごせました。また行きたいです。

建物は綺麗で良かった点が多いですが、 不満点はプールの周りのウッドデッキの汚れが目立った。 ゴミ箱はあったがパンパンになってしまった。 施設周辺は道がとても狭くて坂道も多く車がぶつかるギリギリでした。 その他は快適に過ごせました。 家みたいに過ごせるので子供達もリラックスしてすごせました。

家族旅行で利用しました。洗濯機、乾燥機があり大人数での旅行でしたが、荷物も少なくでき助かりました。洗剤もあるとの事でしたが、少量を置いてるだけでは？と思いジェルボールを持参しました。結果、粉洗剤を一箱(新品ではない)置いてるありました。台所用品もラップ、アルミホイル、スポンジ、洗剤、キッチンペーパーはありました。 調味料は何も無いので、調理をするつもりなら持参するか、購入するかになります。 車は前に2台停めれます。 入り込んだ所にあるので、最初の到着は日暮れまでにされる方がいいです。 概ね綺麗にしてあり、ダブルベッドが一部屋に２つあったので、じーじ、ばぁば、娘夫婦達、孫達との3家族での旅行には、孫達が寝た後みんなでリビングで集まって団らんも出来てよかったです。

This is my first time ever I felt very disappointed about the booking via hotel.com due to the following reasons 1. The photos shown on the hotel.com vs the real life experience was of a big difference. Very poor. The swimming poor is too small. The entire house is too compressed. 2. The premise could not be located by GPS properly. The path to the premise is not fit for 8-seated vehicle. It’s too dangerous for the big car to drive thru. The parking space is very limited to premise C. 3. The entire house was not noise proof due to the strong wind and trees hitting where you could not fall asleep at night , as the noise was too loud. Very uncomfortable 4. Majority of the facilities provided are not in good condition / not in service Overall , very bad experience
