Es gab keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit im Zimmer, aber die überlaute Klimaanlage musste an sein damit es nicht sehr heiß und stickig wurde. Die Bettwäsche roch unendlich nach Chlor. Die Dusche war nur heiß und sprühte 3 harcore strahlen ab.

Rooms were great, location very close to everything.

La habitacion es muy buena, amplia cama grande. Lo unico lamentable es que no hay enchufe ni lampara pequena y tenia que cargar mi laptop al lado de cama y mientras mi esposa duerme thenia que usarlo en total oscuridad sin lampara para no molestar a mi esposa con luz del techo.

Staff was amazing, the bed was comfy as well as the room was very clean. The rooftop bar was stunning. Fabulous views. Definitely staying here again next time we are in Puebla.

The staff was ok and the exterior areas of the hotel were well maintained. My room was spacious, but it had a strong smell of cleaning products and chlorine. The shower never got warmer than lukewarm, also there were no extra blankets available for the night. Additionally, my room had no outside windows, which would have been important to know at the time of booking. On the morning of checkout, the Wi‑Fi wasn’t working; the TV displayed a message saying it hadn’t been paid, and as a result, the service was unavailable.

La habitación a la hora del desayuno se llena de olor a comida terrible

Las fotos no son 100% precisas, pero la habitación bien a secas para pasar una noche. Lo que estuvo fatal fue que al hacer el check-out van a revisar la habitación con una actitud muy grosera para ver que no te hayas robado alguna de las toallas viejas que tienen.
