Apesar do hotel ser lindo, o atendimento deixou MUITO a desejar e tivemos uma experiência frustrante em nossa lua de mel. Tínhamos nos programado para o check in as 16:00 (horário já mais tarde do que a maioria dos hotéis). Ao chegarmos no horário, fomos informados que o nosso quarto não estava pronto e que eles não saberiam nos informar quanto tempo seria necessário, sem o menor senso de responsabilidade, mesmo após informamos que tínhamos uma reserva às 18:00 para jantar em um restaurante externo. Após insistirmos e vermos que a situação estava ocorrendo com outros hóspedes também, fomos apresentados a gerente que tentou resolver a situação e nos alocou em uma quarto informando que teríamos um upgrade para compensar a péssima experiência. Contudo ao entrarmos no quarto, percebemos que fomos alocados na mesma categoria que havíamos reservado. Perdemos a reserva e um dia da nossa lua de mel com todo o estresse para resolver a situação. Fora isso o hotel é realmente muito lindo, mas não vale a pena pela falta de experiência em lidar com a entrada de hóspedes. Ficamos em outras opções na região, que foram muito melhores e com um custo muito inferior.

The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late night, and they seated us. Another server came by and said this restaurant (La Source) is only for eating and asked us to leave. That left a horrible taste and totally ruined the night. Same issues at breakfast where we showed up and there was no one to receive us. The tea was cold and I had to wait for 5-10 min to get a hold of a server and asked for a hot tea.. chateau de la guide is a great establishment and has the potential to be a lot better once they can fix the staff skill and professionalism. One more thing, we dined at the bar and the food was really bad. The beef skewers were super s wet and overcooked. Tempura was absolutely cold and charcuterie was stale. Lots of opportunities here

It was such a beautiful 3 Nights in the suite number 6. Everything was perfect and we’ve enjoyed the pool!

Very bad japanese restaurant but the rest was amazing. Also I think the rooms should be ready before 4pm they said i was a priority but yet my room wasnt ready before that…

Beautiful property, food was great. Only thing lacking was the irregular turndown service and service at Le Source - after main course waiter disappeared waited 20 minutes to order a dessert, gave up and went to the bar to ask for the bill. Management seems overrun and restaurant staff didn’t seem to be able to think straight and serve customers effectively and efficiently. Appears they can co-ordinate landing a helicopter on the lawn but not taking a dessert order unfortunately.

Très bel établissement Personnel très agréable sauf 1 personne qui n’a pas été très serviable. Tout le reste du personnel étant très très bien. Chambre magnifique

The staff did everything well - wonderful food, beautiful facilities, and beautiful artwork!

Lovely property in great location, only 10 mins from the bustling tow of Aix-de-Provence. Staff were great. Cocktails and restaurants were very high standard.

Séjour sympathique malgré des problèmes de chauffage dans la suite réservée. Restauration excellente.

Struttura veramente incantevole e contesto incredibile. Non merita un punteggio completo per due motivi: stanza molto ampia, ma senza un salotto e con un bagno (wc) solo; ristorante di buon livello, personale cordiale, ma leggermente disorganizzato per il costo che richiede.

Beautiful new hotel with really friendly staff. Very cozy. Food was also great and the venue incredibly beautiful. Art work is a bit out there though. :/ happy I didn’t take the kids and had to explain it to them.

Hermoso, fuera de serie todo, maravilloso, amables todos al 100%, solo que tienen a los gatos sin casitas con un frío terrible, les falta conciencia del medio ambiente.

Was given a supposed upgrade to a suite which was not situated on Chateau grounds and not featured on hotel map supplied at check in. Nevertheless it was a spacious room. Concierge was very helpful in assisting with a rental car query. On our first night enjoyed dinner at La Source as this was the only operational restaurant during our 2 night stay. Upon completion of our meal enquired about dinner for the following night at table 33 by the water and was told it was available so we booked it at reception as we could not remember our room number. On arrival at the restaurant we were not given the table that was booked . Instead we were told it was human error and the table had already been booked before us. This was not plausible as two staff members had confirmed availability the night before. Restaurant staff were dismissive and arrogant . This was not expected for a property of this calibre.

Very nice place but the food is more commercial.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Our only complaint was the garden watering system noise in the morning.

poor water pressure. no hot water running in the morning in the middle of shower. had to wait staff for 10mins + . told that water tank has ran out of hot water. should wait more and gotta wait more. after 20mins still no hot water…. horrible !!!
