Just okay

I stayed at Ramada for three nights and really liked the apartment. Great location near the SkyTower with lots of great bars, restaurants & takeaways close by. My suite on the 6th floor had great views across the harbour from the balcony. I liked the additional security ie you can only lift to the floor you are on. Bus stops within 80m. Excellent choice. I would certainly stay again.

Reception was poorly attended. Room was small and disabled bathroom.

Excellent location for the city rooms were freshly decorated. Bed was really comfy. Staff for friendly excellent value.

Nice, clean room and good location

room was spotlessly clean,staff were most helpful,allowed me to use the dryer in a different room as mine wasn't working,the domestic staff even brought the clothes to my room when dried,saving me having to wait.

Acceptable without being impressive.

Very clean, nice view overall, the beds were very comfortable. Park was difficult in the small spaces in an underground garage but I eventually got into/out of my spot. When leaving the light wouldn't turn green for me to pull out of the garage and then the door wouldn't open. Thankfully someone who lives in the building used their key for me to leave.

Availability of reception is stated to be from 7.30AM till 8PM on Expedia, however operating hours are not kept. Always had to call them on the provided mobile number.

Solid room, with a very good sized Bathroom/Shower area. Centrally located, so it's easy to get around. Would come back again, next time in Auckland.

Clean room and great location!

Zero parking available with no alternative other than look for parking. Rooms made up only after 2 nights stay. Neighbouring room was partying all night with loud music. Shampoo containers were empty and shower drain damaged just to name a few.

Harbour view. Decent sized room with all amenities. Shower door and towel rail were too close and is a hazard.

Great property - perfect location for us, super clean and modern. Terrible communication re: free self-parking and the bathroom soap stripped my hands dry.

キッチン周りがしっかりしている。街中にあり港には歩いて行けるので便利。連泊用の部屋だったのか、室内は大分快適。 駐車場が外の道路。探すのに苦労。狭い。 am8:00〜pm8:00まで有料、夜は無料。am8:00までに出れば前日分だけの支払いで済みます。

Room was okay, reasonably clean with relatively friendly staff. We got a terrible room with a horrible view, no upgrade option and the bed and pillows were average at best.

Great value for money.

Room had everything we needed but it was quite small. It was close to sky city tower with local eateries close by. After hours check-in not recommended.
