The best hotel in Alicante, with the best staff, was a young lady named Olivia, who made the hotel stand out.

Perfection! Great staff and facilities. Perfect location

Good location in the heart of the action. Parking is off site is expensive and stalls very small.

We only stayed one night here but wish we had been able to stay longer. The property was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff were so kind and helpful with making local recommendations as well as storing our luggage. Olivia was really lovely and helpful! We would definitely return. The only downside is we were put into an accessible room, and we did not like that the shower was completely open and the water got everywhere. Request a different room if you don’t need the accesible one.

This is a nice hotel with a great location , but it is not a 5 star hotel. The lobby is virtually nonexistent, and there is no bar, restaurant, , concierge, or sense of hospitality. The Amerigo blows Casa Alberola off the map .

This hotel is housed in a charming & stylish old building but with modern renovation update. I highly recommend book rooms facing the water/marina. Trust me, it's worth the extra cost. Kudo to Hilton scoping up this gem in Alicante. It's certainly full of characters and located in front of the water. If I have to provide any suggestions, I'd put the energy in improving the breakfast quality and offerings. It doesn't match the rest of the hotel.

Wc ovenkarmin ylälista tippui alas ovea sulkiessa, paljon kalkkia suihkussa ja kaakelit likaiset. Vanhat kaapin ovet, suihkun lattian alle oli mennyt vettä, kun lattialla käveli vesi pulputti listan raosta. Avainkortti ei toiminut ulkooveen se uusittiin. Sänky ei ollut hyvä, eikä lakana pysynyt peiton päällä vaan aukesi aina päästä. Olisin odottanut tällä hinnalla parempaa huonetta. Aamupalalla ei ollut ollenkaan kasviksia. Hedelmiä oli. Kahvikone aamiaisella ei ollut hyvä.

This hotel was perfect for our one night stopover in Alicante. Clean and comfortable with a great shower and breakfast, we would happily stay again!

This hotel is located on the nice stretch beside the marina. We booked Alicante on a 48 hour trip for my daughter’s birthday and Hilton did not disappoint. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Excellent service, room service was delicious! I did google other hotels and whilst Hilton didn’t rank the top it should!

Location was fabulous! Our room was not big but it was efficient and very clean. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Mi sono trovato benissimo. Struttura Fantastica. Unica pecca, cosa che francamente mi è dispiaciuta tantissimo, è che NON pagano gli stagisti, i praticanti. Ho incontrato una receptionist eccezionale, super disponibile, bravissima e gentilissima, una ragazza ad invio attività, ma validissima, che sta li otto ore al giorno e non viene pagata. Questa cosa francamente mi ha disturbato. Ma per il resto l'hotel è oltre ogni più rosea aspettativa.

We were very satisfied with the hotel, personnel and room. The reception was very helpful all throughout the week. Location is perfectly central with beautiful surroundings. The room was very fresh and included a good coffee pod machine. Breakfast was nice too, although we mostly enjoyed eating out.
