Awful place

very noisy, dirty part of communal shower room, I stayed 2 night, 1 is more than enough...

Hébergement très sommaire mais pratique pour y passer une nuit surtout quand on arrive en pleine nuit. Par contre, attention de bien faire le check-in avant pour obtenir les codes d'accès car il n'y a personne sur place. Quand nous sommes arrivés, une femme et sa fille attendaient dans le couloir sans réseau et incapable de contacter le personnel. Je leur ai donné le code Wifi mais je ne sais pas si elles ont réussi à accéder à leur chambre.

Cheap and cheerful. Don’t get caught out re registering in advance. Entry to building and room by two codes.

The confirmation email contained the special instructions: 'There is no front desk at this property. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests'. I accept it was my failing not to read the special instructions. However, where the process is so different from approx 99% of other hotels or hostels, I would have expected it to be communicated in a separate message or email from hotels.com I didn't receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. As a result, I arrived at the property and could not get access to the room. I tried to call the hotel number many times. Initially it rang out, but then it was clearly being cut off by someone who didn't want to answer. After half an hour plus messaging and then talking to Hotels.com, they managed to contact the hostel who finally provided the access code. I don’t think Hotels.com shouldn't allow this type of check-in process. If they do, the hostel should answer their phone

Very clean room and bathrooms, everything is in the room that is needed except a fridge which would be handy, could not fault the room and location as right in centre of torremilanos.

They location was great, close to the shopping street. - the room was ok, the first room I got bedbugs, so not very nice. Got another room, and it was better. I also spray with bedbug spray to be sure. One day the front door to the maintenance was smash and windows were broken. I cut my finger by opening the door. Don’t know what happened, seems like some tried to get in and broke it all

Rent og pænt. Dejligt med aircondition. Fik lavet låsen ind til værelset inden for en time. Og havde mulighed for at forlænge mit ophold med 4timer, hvor jeg ellers skulle tjekke ud kl.12. Kunne jeg tjekke ud kl.16 i stedet, mod betaling selvfølgelig. Et meget fint alternativ til et hotel og tæt på centrum.

Dark room, far from transports, I couldn't hear the TV, no good commerce nearby

I've missed the fact that bathroom is shared however there was a cleaner who cleaned both bathrooms on the floor twice a day, there is not much to expect in this price range however, few little bits could be improved like clogged drains in shower, missing shower window, stains on the towels, smell of cigarettes in the building, wibble bed and broken one of the widow blinds.

Great budget accommodation close to the heart of Torremolinos. Very good value

Attention il n y a pas de réception....! Et surtout il faut télécharger la veille de ton arrivée une appli censée scanner ton passeport ou ta carte d'identité pour le check in . Sauf que dans mon cas l'appli fonctionne pas et en mode manuel non plus.... la veille du départ c'est un stress de plus... Alors que whatsapp fonctionne lui et que d'autres méthodes pourraient être utilisées au moins 2 jours avant l'arrivée sur les lieux pour le chek in . Heureusement que il y avait un employé sur place autrement cela aurai été galère , j'ai eu de la chance. N'utilisez surtout pas les micro tongs fournies pour aller a la salle d'eau commune quand le sol est humide : chute garantie. Ayez obligatoirement un téléphone avec vous le code d'entrée est susceptible de changer sans préavis. le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien .

Dejligt lille hotel.. Ro og orden.. Rent og fint.. Sød og venlig betjening.. Der kommer jeg igen..
