Best hotel in Yokohama. Staff attentive and friendly. Rooms have great views onto downtown on one side and onto Red Brick warehouse on the other. Only drawback is poor breakfast menu in Club lounge on 5th floor at breakfast. Close to convention centre and concert hall. 5 minutes to new Markis shopping centre. Well managed and good value for money.

部屋のペットボトル水が2本しかないです。

部屋が広くて良いホテルでした。 朝に大型船の荷下ろしの 音が少しうるさく感じたが 良いホテルでした

Amazing stay

해변과 아카랭카 창고와 가까워 너무 좋습니다.

部屋の構造、広さ、窓からのみなとみらいビュー、全てにおいて他のみなとみらいのどのホテルよりも素晴らしかったのですが、ただ一つ残念だったのがベッドのマットレスの硬さです。 シモンズのマットレスなので大丈夫かと思ったのですが、硬くてほぼ眠れなかったです。 部屋が完璧なので、是非ヘブンリーマットレスにしていただけたらと思います。 これまで海外も含め、最高の寝心地だったのはシモンズのピロートップのマットレスでした。 ご参考までに。 お部屋は本当に素敵でした。

ホテルでラルフローレンのトランク・ショウが有った為、予定を変更して滞在した。翌朝の朝食時に、チェックイン時の案内と違う事が起きたが、直ぐに対応して貰えたので良かった。規模が小さいのでこじんまりしているのが良い。

All was good except the Breakfast Offering. Could have more variety of food and also not restrict the breakfast menu to only 1 choice. That’s not generous at all.

駅から少し遠いですが、ホテル内は最高でした

Tres bel hotel sur le bord de l’eau avec un beau jardin japonais intérieur, les chambres sont superbes et très grandes. Le déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, aucun repas chaud sur les choix du buffet, très peu de variété de fruits.

Amazingly good service- we will definitely consider the hotel on our next visit and possibly in other countries.
