There are room for improvement Not convenient for international travellers Bed linen dirty Pillows are smelly Poor quality pillows and cushions Amenities are not as per international standards No safe no shower cubicle with glass covering the bathroom becomes a mess after the shower Washbasin tap water splashes out each time it is used

Staff really helpful, room was what was to be expected in accordance with the website, clean, food was really good too, overall very nice, only thing I could complain about would be that my flight landed at 07:35 and I was at the hotel at 08:00 I was able to enter the hotel and sit in reception but couldn’t check in until 09:30

Our bathroom wasn't draining, and the hotel management couldn't be bothered to send someone to fix it.
