Exceptional service!

Hotel excelente, quartos lindos, espaço kids excelente, porém restaurante com atendimento péssimo, sistema de abertura de porta dos quartos feito com chaves contact que nunca funcionam, horrível.

Manque de personnel. Une seule serveuse pour le restaurant Le Fumoir. Super employée qui garde le sourire malgré tout! Le voiturier oublie de charger la voiture malgré son appelle pour le demander. Pas au niveau 5*

Amazing ski in and out chalets and amazing staff

Hotel Le CouCou is a wonderful property! The room was so spacious and comfortable and every detail wasn't missed! The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10 and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! The staff at reception and breakfast area were only ok... but the shuttle drivers were beyond kind and helpful.
