I have stayed multiple times at this hotel and noted that with each new stay the quality is declining. It is a budget hotel and so a cheap mattress, thin linen, musty smell and less than halfway decent breakfast is expected. The cost optimization is evident, particularly where the breakfast offering is concerned. The breakfast sandwich is the main staple but the bacon seems to be made either of plastic or cardboard. The formula gets old very quickly. Coffee has no taste but is a benign warm liquid to wash down the food. What has really gotten worse is the clientele . The hotel now seems to cater exclusively to large groups, whether they be young sports clubs or rowdy gatherings of friends. They all share an equal disdain for the peace of other guests, running and yelling in hallways at all hours of the day and night. Calling the front desk to have security remedy the situation is pointless. One is met with the usual apologetic tripe but nothing gets done. If one complains further and asks for compensation according to the hotels policy which explicitly guarantees satisfaction or your money back, this will get nowhere. In other words, if you need a hotel to rest quietly and have a decent breakfast the next morning, look somewhere else. If you are an animal without social boundaries, you don’t care about sleep or food, then this is the place for you. I will not be coming back.
