Close to cruise ship and in Old Town , 10 mins walk to subway and 15 mins walk to Chinatown .

Location was great. Staff were wonderful. The museum was very interesting. BUT the continental breakfast was terrible; it bore no resemblance to any continental breakfasts we have experienced. The lighting within the room was poor and there was no full-length mirror. The safe was located on the floor level, making it almost inaccessible for seniors and probably most people. .

Parking is at nearby open lot and costs per day. Friendly staff, decent room. If you are sharing the room with someone make sure you don’t mind lack of privacy on bathroom door!

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Montreal. It’s walkable (although a bit long) from the train station, and very close to the port - we were getting onto a cruise ship. We could see our ship from the room! Staff was helpful and very friendly, rooms were quirky and retro and very clean. Breakfast was more than enough for us, and delivered daily, directly to our room. Lots of restaurants in the area and easy access to the waterfront and the Old Port. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely quirky hotel, nice size rooms comfortable bed staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, it was our 50th birthday, we had a lovely present in our room (chocolate brownie) breakfast in our room every morning. Area is perfect for old montreal jist a street from the main stretch of resturants and shops.

Nice stay Small rooms - but clean

The hotel is excellent. It has great, walkable location in old town and the waterfront. The hotel is exceptionally clean and maintained. All of the staff we met were very helpful and cheerful. They have a happy hour at 5 for 30 percent off drinks and deliver continental breakfast to the room in the morning. The Hotel Uville is truly a 10 out of 10.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and quiet during the night. I loved the decor through out the hotel. The location was excellent and close to all the main sights. The breakfast was thoughtfully put together in a basket and hung near the door each morning. Lovely stay, highly recommend.

This precious hotel was fabulous! Best location in Old Montreal, we walked everywhere and used the sub system. The front desk people were friendly and always helpful with our questions. Our room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided to our door every morning was perfect! This is a hidden gem in the heart of Old Montreal!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room themes added to the experience and we liked using the record player. The property was clean and the rooms were quiet. Coffee in the cafe was excellent. The hotel is also in a great location. We would stay here again!

First time to Old Montreal and I could not have selected a more PERFECT place to stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to all the experiences we wanted. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and friendly and did not mind that we did not speak French. The room was spacious, super clean and modern. The 60"s theme was so evident, and my teens loved the record player with vinyl records (they played Elvis and a few other artistes). The old rotary phone and the way breakfast is delivered was also a hit. The cute 60's style diner. Getting water in refillable bottles. The great food from the diner. There is absolutely nothing negative about this hotel and we will DEFINITELY be staying there again. Only caution is that to enter you have to go up a few steps which may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, but my mom is a senior and she walked up the steps just fine. We loved staying there. Oh, the shower was also great. It was so perfect that my teen girls told me "Good choice". 100% recommend this Uville Hotel.

Hotel was in old Montreal & walking distance to attractions, many restaurants & shopping. Breakfast delivered to the room was awesome. Room was spacious & quiet. Staff were great.

Great quiet quaint property in beautiful old port. Could use nicer toilet paper and kleenex. Also beautiful bath robes would be a plus plus

UVille is trying too hard to be hip, and ignoring some basic comfort items. Granted, it IS hip - the design of the common areas and rooms is super cool. But, it's possible to be design-minded while also providing better comfort. For example, the room was generous in size but not in furnishing - one single, rather flimsy chair with no side table, no desk, nada, so one guest must eat the breakfast pastry in bed or standing while the other guest gets the chair (and how those two manage the little jar of jam for the croissant breakfast without a surface to actually put things on, well that's a bit of a challenge). But, otherwise the room is decent: spacious, good bathroom amenities, comfy bed. Breakfasts left a lot to be desired, but we were informed upfront they'd be small. More effort should be made regarding environmental sustainability with the breakfasts, as they rely too much on disposable items such as pre-wrapped cheese, packaged snacks, and bottled juice. The coffee in the lobby cafe was pretty weak, so ordering an espresso-based option is the better choice. The cafe/bar is a nice touch but it's choices are limited. All in all, a good effort with good potential, but not worth the cost until better amenities are put in place.

Great stay in beautiful Montreal. Made even better by the service and hospitality offered at the Uville. Staff, breakfast, facilities and location were all perfect
