The location was perfect for walking about with lots cute little shops and restaurants. The breakfast menu was great with a helpful staff. It felt a lot like Bourbon Street in Louisiana during the weekend with the street lined with happy people until the early morning. I ended up joining in my last night and had a fantastic time. The room was nice with a cute balcony looking over the cobblestone streets. I would definitely stay there again.

I could list numerous issues with both the hotel and its service. For example, throughout our entire two-week stay, the internet was not working due to unexplained reasons, and the hotel offered no compensation or attempt to address the inconvenience. The only positive aspect of this place is its location.

There is a club beside the hotel. People loud and noisy from 12:00-3:00 am. Honking horns being loud. Terrible terrible terrible.

Ziemlich laut in der Nacht , da direkt vor dem Hotel einige Lokale sind. Sonst war alles OK.

what a find!!!!!!!!spotless and excellent rooms ,good breakfast but best of all staff who are very helpful and welcoming. I have stayed at Italian 5 star hotels who could learn from this one--thanks we are a group of well travelled 'older' guys who enjoy short breaks --100% satisfied with this hotel and indeed Palermo

The hotel iand staff are great. The pubs in the area when they are open Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are very loud and even with the windows closed you better be a heavy sleeper or you will have to wait until 5am to get some sleep. Other than that the staff is there when needed breakfast was good.

Beautifully clean room and common area. Conveniently located to great restaurants, fish market and shopping. Excellent staff service and breakfast service for 10£. Very comfortable room. The street side room is above restaurants so noise volumes are a bit louder but i was so tired that it did not keep me up.

Splendido soggiorno presso questo Hotel nel Cuore pulsante e popolare di Palermo. Bellissima sistemazione, insonorizzata molto bene, pulizia eccellente, gentilezza e professionalità di tutto lo staff in particolare la ragazza Fati che ci ha dato molti Consigli e suggerimenti per farci vivere al meglio questi giorni. Torneremo sicuramente intanto grazie di tutto . Famiglia Cassieri

Personale molto disponibile

Very helpful staff.

Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione e anche la pulizia. Essendo su una strada centrale però c’è un po’ di confusione la sera quindi non è facile dormire con la porta-finestra aperta. Il personale al check-in molto cordiale e disponibile che ha offerto anche un servizio di ritiro macchina per portarla in un parcheggio vicino a 20€ a notte (vengono a ritirarla proprio davanti l’hotel). Essendo in centro, da raggiungere in macchina è un po’ complicato. Tutto sommato molto bene!

Great location, lots of lively options for food and drink. Bed is a little hard and shower very little but staff were very friendly and helpful. Let me check in at 10am because the the room was ready which was fantastic
