We liked the proximity to the old town and to the Guggenheim. We also liked the appliances and cleanliness of the room and reception. The one thing that you could improve on is not charging 20 Euros for early check in.

The hotel was a great location. We could walk to where we wanted to go. It had a large refrigerator so we could make breakfast every morning. We also were able to do laundry while we were there. Had a great time.

What a lovely apartment. We only stayed one night but I would come back at a heartbeat. Excellent location, really close to Guggenheim. The reception area doesn't do the justice, room was laid out well, super clean and tidy. Washer/dryer saved me taking bag of dirty clothes back home. Staff super friendly. Bed so comfy, bathroom excellent.

Muy amplio, limpio, y con excelente ubicación. Muy amable la persona en recepción. El único pero fue que el anuncio de Expedia decía que el lugar contaba con parking y estaba ya completo (no decía nada sobre parking limitado). Tuvimos que estacionarnos a 10 minutos a pie. Así es que es importante tomar eso en cuenta quienes vayan en coche. Pero aún así valió totalmente la pena. Volveríamos sin duda y lo recomendamos ampliamente.

My room had bed bugs on the sofa bed. I have a very bad series of bites on my head that are very obviously from bed bugs. They need to sanitize the room I was in and replace the mattress immediately

This apartment was perfect. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was stylish, well designed, and highly functional. It had everything we needed, including a spacious refrigerator, cooking facilities, an iron, and even a washing machine. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, right down to the laundry detergent. The air conditioning was quiet and worked very well. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and functional, with high-quality towels and toiletries. The only minor issue was a slightly unusual smell in the apartment. It was mainly noticeable when first entering the room and wasn’t noticeable otherwise.

Et utmerket hotell med super beliggenhet. Vi hadde studioer med store solrike terrasser. Merk at ikke alle rom har det. Overraskende mange mailer på spansk om innsjekkingen - deriblant en betalingslenke som nok var troverdig nok, men som vi valgte ikke å bruke. Resepsjonen er stengt etter 17, så ved sein ankomst må man nok bruke den og motta kode til hotell og rom i retur. Utvilsomt et sted vi vil bo om vi skal tilbake til Bilbao!

The staff was great, gave good tips about places to visit and general info. They were very kind and pleasant.

Excellent location and great studio apartment overall! We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The apartment was comfortable for 4 people with all amenities exactly as advertised. Very conveniently located for attractions, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel apartment for visiting Bilbao. Very clean, comfortable, and well located. Good linens and spacious bathroom. We would have enjoyed a few more shelves or drawers to put clothing but otherwise perfect. Well maintained and modern. Close to the main sites.

Super ophold, meget rent, stille, ligger kort afstand fra alt, bus lige rundt om hjørnet. Hjælpsommer personale, alt fungerede. Anbefaler vinbaren Gastronomía Bilbao kort fra Hotellet, lækker mad, vine, god betjening, levende musik.

Room was in a good location, very clean and staff friendly. I just wish we had daily cleaning.
