Frühstücksbereich im anliegenden Gebäude viel zu eng zu wenig Möglichkeiten

Hotel is in a great location, was happy to be upgraded to a suite which was nice. The room was large and modern. Hotel is noisy with other guests but we are in the city so expected. Would stay again.

The room was spotless, the staff was great and rooms were large. I didn’t like the fact that it was an Amex building at first but that building was better located than the first building

Me robaron un collar que me había comprado con muchísimo cariño en Venecia. Una vergüenza este hotel. Por otra parte el edificio contiguo en Vía del Corso es peligroso. A nuestra llegada dos hombres empujaron la puerta detrás nuestro y entraron al edificio. Tuvimos que correr a nuestra habitación.

Todo está muy padre y la ubicación excelente. El único problema es el tamaño tan pequeño del elevador

Det ligger dejligt centralt og man kan gå til det meste. Hotellet lever ikke helt op til billederne på hotels.com(de ser for nye ud), dog vil jeg så sige at det var fint. Er man ikke til en meget hård seng skal man vælge et andet hotel.

The room was too small. Two people could not be in it at the same time. No chair or desk. No place to relax. It was also so hot kept windows open and heat off in December but still hot

We had a deluxe room and the room had 2 windows and 2 little balcony’s at the 5th floor. We had the most marvelous view from there. All was fresh and clean, a beautiful bathroom too. They served a good breakfast and they had a gluten-free alternative which made me happy. Very kind and friendly staff too. The only minus was the hard beds. I’ll recommend it to anyone.

Nós ficamos hospedados no prédio anexo que é um pouco distante (diria uns 300 metros) do prédio principal. no entanto os funcionários do hotel nos ajudaram a levar e trazer as bagagens. A localização é excelente. Próxima de lojas, restaurantes e diversas atrações turísticas. O quarto é pequeno mas confortável. Todo reformado e com Nespresso e chaleira elétrica (pra mim é fundamental). O café da manhã foi ótimo, com muita variedade e tudo estava delicioso. Adoramos. Ficaremos de novo!

Glenn and Mike were both fantastic at breakfast. Glenn was full of sights and information, and Mike was just spot on pleasant. On our last day after check-out, Fredrico stood with us in the rain until we got a cab to the airport. It was a wonderful stay!

AC does not work not even heater. Staff very helpful Breakfast was good
