Breakfast can be improved

Staff is just exceptional, helpful, very customer-orientated and always happy to help. I was offered a nice suite with kitchen on the high floor. The room was spacious and had all the equipment expected. It was very calm and there was no noise from road or in the neighborhood. So, I had a relaxing night before an early morning flight. I really appreciated the snacks as welcome gift. Hotel has got a swimming pool and fitness room in order to relax and practice sport. Driver was there to drive me to airport. Very reliable and valuable service. Excellent ratio quality/price. I will definitively come back here.

Venligt personale og fint hotel. Rent og pænt. Måske eneste detalje er den manglende udsigt, men det er vist normalt i de arabiske lande hvor man gerne vil holde solen ude.

Food and Service at restaurants was terrible

We kwamen midden in de nacht aan en werden vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. We voelden ons meteen welkom. We hadden een hele mooie en ruime kamer. Alles was schoon, mooi en comfortabel. We hadden geen ontbijt geboekt omdat we na een lange vlucht wilden slapen. Toen we wakker werden hebben ze speciaal voor ons lekker eten klaargemaakt waar we van genoten. We verbleven 1 nacht en dit was het startpunt van onze rondreis. We hadden graag langer gebleven. Mooi hotel om ook langer te verblijven. Uitstekende service.

Very good place a nice customer service

Two way free shuttle service from Muscat International Airport is a great service. Driver Mr. Abbas was excellent and on time. I recommended this hotel to my colleagues.

This hotel,about 20 mins drive, offers a free pick up and drop off it is a reliable and excellent service. The rooms are suites large and a comfortable bed.Good wi fi. Breakfast is large,just $6.Staff are very helpful and hospitable. Highly recommend this hotel for a transit stop or a few days.

This was one of the best experiences i ever had with a hotel! It was amazing and the hotel staff was very welcoming and concerned about each and everything. The room were clean and beautiful and the best part of the whole time spent with this hotel was that they provide shuttle service for pick up and drop from airport and their driver Mr. Abbas is a really great and concerned and welcoming guy who picks and drops the passengers on time without any problem and also takes care of their needs till the passengers reach their final destination.

Location is nice but can be noisy due to being next to the highway!

The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant was extremely friendly and professional. The hotel offers free pick up from the airport. I enjoyed my stay, and the food was great. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stay was nice. Room was nice but basic. Breakfast was bad and not up to the mark.

This hotel is modern (except for the old school room key), fresh, clean, and has nice ambience. I loved the weight room. The hotel is a little bit of a chore to get to, but Google maps gets you there. The staff is friendly and professional. For a dadt, good, inexpensive meal visit Mr. Dwich. This hotel is a good value.
