Stuff not responding and not caring. Breakfast area dirty. Rooms not clean. We found spiders on the room as well ants.

القيمة غالية مقارنة بما حولها يوجد المثير من الشقق والفنادق ولكنها غير موجودة في المواقع بفضل الذهاب لصلالة ومن ثم البحث عن فنادق هناك وما أكثرها الخدمة سيئة جداً والنظافة ضعيفة

Hotel was good and really worth for the price. However, we couldn't get the apartment we reserved thru hotel.com. We reserved 4 bed room apartment; but when we reached there, the reception told that there is no reservation under my name. We really disappointed and fortunately they had another 2 bed room two apartments vacant at that time. Otherwise we would be in a big trouble.
