Christina, the onsite manager, is friendly but there is a huge communication barrier. And she plays it to her advantage. She is very friendly and tries to be helpful but I don’t think it’s appropriate for her to come knocking on the window at 10pm, in the middle of your stay, to ask you a question. There’s a reason and purpose for the messaging system here on hotels.com but she doesn’t use it. She never even called me. She knocked on my door and window two separate times during my stay, both during what their property info states is not during their business hours, and even left a note on my door. Just pick up the phone and call me. Parking can be difficult but I advise you park across the street by the fire department. Beware of little critters if you leave food out.

Esta propiedad me robó mi dinero. Intente comunicarme por el chat y por teléfono y jamás respondieron. Luego fui hasta la propiedad, en sus alrededores estaba todo lleno de gente homeless y no había nadie para atenderme por lo que no pude hacer check-in ya que nadie me atendió! Y lo peor de todo es que esta propiedad no quiere devolverme mi dinero.

This place is so bad! Cockroaches everywhere! The property manager is terrible! It shouldn't even qualify to be listed.

This is by far the worst hotel I have seen in my life. The place is super dirty. There are cockroaches inside the room. There are yellow spots all over the bed sheets, and they are smelly and filled with dirt and boogers. Also there was two giant bugs on the ceiling staring at me. I couldn’t stay there. I left the same day I arrived.

The people in charge are nice. But it wasn't what I expected a SHARED bathroom. A single bed, cochroaches in the bathroom... It was to be expected for the price I paid

I can NOT believe that you sponsor this place! It is astronomically terrible! I did NOT stay there. I got a decent motel downtown he street. This was the worst experience ever!

They cancelled my reservation the day I was supposed to check in, without any explaination.

This property is totally different of what it looks in images. Very filthy and dirty place. Totally unsafe. 0 Amenities. Broken furniture. No air condition. No staff at all to help with anything. Owner is too old to do anything. Totally waste of money.

It was horrible, isn’t a hotel, you have to share restroom, and the worst, the water doesn’t work. I couldn’t sleep even in there, the restroom has poop, cucarach and everything. The lady is nice im not gonna lie, but the place is scam

Ich wurde nicht reingelassen. Klar, war vor 13 Uhr, aber mir ging es körperlich derart schlecht, habe gebeten und gebettelt, drin mich hinsetzen zu dürfen, weil die Gegemd mir dubios vorkam und es derart heiß war. Die Alte blieb stur, nicht vor 13 Uhr. Und wenn es mir so schlecht gehe soll ich zur Feuerwehr gegenüber. Ja wo bin ich denn? Wie asozial ist sowas bitte???? Zumal ich auch nichts zu trinken hatte! Dann stand ich da, kein mensch denkt in der Gegend mal dran zu helfen wenn man sieht andere sind in Not! Ausgelacht und angewidert angeschaut wird man!!!! Dad sogenannte Hotel ist eine reine Bruchbude mit Gästen, die einen auslachen, weil man vor verschlossener Türe steht und einen blöd anmachen. Gott sei dank habe ich das Hotel noch nicht bezahlt! Werde ich auch nicht mehr! Bin dann dank der Hilfe eines Mannes, der mich zur Union Station gefahren hat, abgereist

Very dirty. Many cockroach, we cannot withstand for all night, and move out in midnight.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I am normally not one to review things, but this was so bad, I have to tell other people to not stay here. The lady who runs it was a very nice person, but the building is so dirty and rundown, that I could not force myself to stay there. Looks better online than what it actually is. Save your money. Don't stay there

I didn’t see a single description that mentioned the bathroom in the picture was actually a shared one. Not to mention that cockroaches came out of the sink in my room once I tried to open the water.

There were cockrages in the room and old hotel and no ac no. No bathroom in room shared old bathroom

My identity was stolen while reservation was being canceled by owners!

今回はどうしても費用を抑えたくてこちらの宿を選びました。 ロサンゼルスのダウンタウン（ユニオンステーション）からメトロトレインで二駅（約5分）、駅からも歩いて10分ほどですが、目の前に大型スーパーがあったり、夜遅くまで出店なんかも出ていて、それほど治安については不安はありませんでした。 今回、私は基本寝るためだけの利用でした。 部屋はシングルルームでしたが、トイレとシャワーは共用です。（着いた日にトイレットペーパー一つ丸々渡されて、これがお前の分だからトイレ行く際は持参して終わったらまたもちかえるようにと笑） 部屋には、テレビ、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、タオル、シャンプーなどは一通りありました。 6泊しましたがベットメイキングとか部屋の掃除などはなかったです。 部屋や、施設が清潔かと言われれば清潔ではありませんが、男性でその辺気にしないという方であればプライベートルームだし、オススメだと思います。
