We checked in very late due to an unforeseen event. I called and the the young lady was there in minutes. The hotel is very small.. the furniture needs updating but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The stuff was very nice.

The hotel was nicely renovated however the room keys had issues and also the back entrance would. It work with anyone’s room keys and other guests would prop it open with a rock. Not very secure or safe.

Stay was good overall. Older hotel but has been well kept.

Loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. Doors slamming all evening. 2nd floor smelled like curry. Ice machine broken. I give 3 stars only because the room was very clean and very good check in staff.

From the check in to check out, our stay was easy and relaxed!

Older motel, room are on the smaller side , but it was very clean. Despite being next to a gas station, which is a perk for gas and snacks , it was fairly quiet. Hotel desk was friendly and very helpful. Also very close to the Pryor Mountain Wild Horse Center & bighorn Canyin visitor center. The town of Lovell is also a very clean & cute town. Enjoyed my stay here

Scott at the front desk was awesome! Directed us to local restaurants & a special trip outside of town where we viewed wild Mustangs in their natural habitat. Kudos to Scott!

I give this property 3 stars only because: 1. Staff is friendly and polite 2. Beds are comfortable and clean 3. Room was clean and quiet Otherwise, it is an older property and it is pretty shabby and run down. Totally no frills. Lighting in the room is quite dim. There is an overpowering smell of disinfectant when you first enter the hotel. Couple more positive things: easy access to hwy, and 10% discount off order at Mustang Cafe down the street, which has excellent food and service.

The cable television had an issue when I arrived. But the young lady at the front desk worked until it was fixed. The bed is very good. The shower is nice. The room has a chair with arms that makes surfing with iPad good. Quiet area. Close to

The staff was very good and this was a nice hotel in a small town. The town was very walkable and enjoyable and convenient to Bighorn National Park

We usually stay here when we come to see family. The beds are really comfy and the pillows mmm, sweet! The bathroom mirror is new was new and the fridge is cute. Towels were nice and really appreciate the makeup remover towelettes.
