Elevator not working

This place was cheap, I’ll start there. I expected some things to be not-so great. For example, the toilet didn’t flush so well, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were lumpy and misshapen. But I cannot excuse the insect presence in the rooms. Granted, not one full-size roach appeared, but it was arguably worse than that; I must have killed 30 baby ones throughout the 10 hours total I was there. This points to a serious infestation. My wife almost went sleep in the car just knowing they were around. If it weren’t for the obvious pest problem, this would be a perfectly acceptable lodging for the money.

Unlike most hotels and motels after covid these people clean your room at least a few times a week. It was a more than pleasant surprise.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were very nice and clean. There is a chilis and gas stations within walking distance so if you need a bite after a trip there are convenient spots.

I was stayed at this same hotel in the middle of August and the elevator wasn’t working. I stayed once again at the same hotel and the elevator still wasn’t working. The hallway of the second floor is starting to smell like mold and “wet dog”.

I had read reviews from a month ago saying that the elevator was not working. Well the elevator is still not working or broken again. Check in was slow but the lady was nice. When we returned on Saturday night, we asked for an extra pillow and were provided with one. When we got to the room there was a roach on the bed. Later that night while watching TV, there was another roach on the TV screen. We went with the discount and got exactly what we paid for. Never again!

Great customer service

From a travel ball dad who stays at cheap motels this one was legit. Check in was quick and easy the place smell cleaned the rooms smelled clean the rooms were clean bathroom was big and spacious everything worked properly parking lot was lit. A plus is that it’s right by a convenience store and easy access right back to the interstate.

The property is okay. It’s behind abandoned buildings so felt a little unsafe. It is well lit tho. The elevator was out of service. There is zero service, no housekeeping, not so much as even coffee available besides the sad, weak one pot in the room. Only two pillows per double bed, but plenty of towels. The kitchenette had a sign saying, due to COVID, they’d removed all the dishes. This is 2025! The sign was 5 years old. Not so much as a tumbler or coffee mug to drink from. Thankfully, it was a one night stay, but for all the extended stay (which they advertise as an extended stay place and there were a lot of construction workers staying) it’s not nice to have to go to the neighborhood gas station just to get hot coffee in the morning.

Clean, very good customer service and quiet. Great place to stay for extended stay. Housekeeping is very respectful with your property when they clean the rooms daily. Front desk is very helpful and understanding.

Nice hotel and we would stay again.

We did not actually stay the night. Lost our money. When we drove up there were several people with suitcases sitting outside, cursing and screaming. We did not feel safe. I would never book here again.

Nice overnight stay. Close to casinos.

You can walk to Chili’s to get you something great eat!

Had to use the stairway being elderly and handicapped

Men hanging out outside the hotel around entrances. Noise from surrounding rooms. Shower fixtures were broken. Room smelled musty. Burn holes on bed sheets.

Elevator not working

Hotel very quiet and appeared clean. Their elevator wasn’t working but luckily was given a room on ground floor.

A little confusing about entrance but findable.
