The manager needed to grow a pair and tell the other guests to behave properly in the common areas. The pool is super tiny and under 5 feet deep.

Pros: Beautiful riverfront location—perfect for bird lovers. The warm indoor pool at sunset was a highlight, with two walls of windows offering stunning views. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with blackout curtains and in-room access to Disney+ and Netflix. I appreciated the quality hair conditioner in the shower and the warm, welcoming staff. Freshly baked cookies in the lobby were a lovely touch. Cons: Very few! The pool is on the smaller side, and the nearby bathroom was quite cold. Breakfast was just okay—biscuits were dry even with gravy, and I would’ve preferred scrambled eggs over the pre-made cheese omelets. That said, the make-your-own mini waffles are a fun and tasty alternative if you’re open to something sweet instead of savory.

River view is great.

Love the location service and river views

We stayed for a couple nights and it was a very night hotel. Alejandro was very professional and very kind. He helped us with any questions or concerns we had. Would stay another night. The only bad thing that I have to say is that you have to pay extra for the river view, it’s not first come first service.

After a long day of travel, I expected better from the Hampton Inn Burley. Instead, I struggled just to access the “free” Wi-Fi — only to be redirected to a Hilton Honors signup page. After 10 minutes of confusion, a front desk employee finally got my phone online. When I asked about connecting a second device, the front desk manager, Alejandro, told me to bring the device down — no offer to assist a clearly exhausted guest. When I said I'd just leave a review, he sarcastically shot back, "Yeah, you do that!" Hospitality should not include attitude from management. Even budget motels handle basic services better. The young woman tried her best, but Alejandro’s unprofessionalism left a lasting bad impression. I won’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Computers were down when tried to check in, not able to provide keys to my room

I liked everything about this Hampton Inn and its very friendly staff. However I had a noisy room because it was right above the entrance doors that rumbled when they opened and closed all night long, sounded like thunder. I’m pretty sure the doors need maintenance.

It was late at night i purchased, Top Ramen from in hotel store. No bowls to go with it. Broke item in first package into a paper coffee cup. Hot water in hotel might be called warm. Then came the microwave located in a cabinet 12" off the floor. Could not get it to work as i layed on the floor tying to get it to work. I ate ramen getting very cool. Who out there thinks a supposedly high class hotel would ever dream to put a microwave down near the floor.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice clean room and the entire property is clean and well maintained. Great indoor pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.
