I booked a Phi Phi Island tour. In the morning when the bus came to pick me up for the tour, I asked the receptionist if I could check out in the afternoon when I finished the tour because I was afraid the driver could not wait for me (I had already paid a deposit and paid the hotel). Receptionist replied to me that "I don't care". And then the receptionist told me to “quiet”. Receptionist gets angry and says “f*ck you” to customers. He told the driver to go and no longer need to drive me. Worst travel experience of my life.
