No issues with the hotel. Sometimes ordering food from the hotel restaurant takes time. Good place to stay, staff very professional and courteous

The place used to be good. I am not sure what happened to that property in recent years with maintenance. Just so disappointing.

Initially during check-in, the experience was good. But at night around 10:00lm, the AC stopped blowing cold air; my husband called the front desk for it to be checked out and posibly repaired, my husband was told some one was coming. Up until 5:00am during exiting the hotel, no one showed up to repair the Air Conditioning. The room was very hot, the lobby sitting area had mosquitoes during the night. We did not expect such from this reputable hotel. Greetings,

Tout était parfait. J’attirerai juste attirer l’attention sur la partie wc s’il était possible de rajouter un robinet intégré au tuyau du wc ça aiderait beaucoup c’est plus hygiénique pour nous musulman qui devons se nettoyer à l’eau.merci

Personnel très cordial et serviable, petit déjeuner OK, un jardin avec une grande piscine et un bar -restaurant le restaurant est très cher pour la qualité servi en comparaison des restaurant à Douala

Chambre rénovée sont conforment au standard d'un hôtel en Europe, celles non rénovées sont propres, spatieuses, simplement désuètes Personnel très professionnel et chaleureux, petit déjeuner correct, restaurant dispose d'un choix limité, le service est lent, les prix dans la moyenne des autres restaurants, très belle piscine, extérieur entièrement rénové

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to and has the best customer service I have ever seen. Vivian the front manager is an amazing manager and goes the extra mile to help clients and is always smiling and happy to help. The staff are well trained and the security is excellent. Issues with rooms are resolved promptly. Rooms are cleaned daily and the food in the restaurant is amazing. This is the best hotel in douala for those who need a good European standard hotel with amazing comfort and customer service. Will be returning soon as they made my stay enjoyable.

Very nice pool, big room and very clean. On the road side, some noise in the morning at 6am.

Nice and large room, very nice swimming pool. Downtown, but a car is necessary to more arround.

Des individus échappent au contrôle de la sécurité et rentre dans l’enceinte de la piscine pour venir importuner les clients. même après avoir prévenu l’hôtel ils n’ont pas trouvé nécessaire de s’en occuper. C’est très inquiétant, on paye ces prix pour être dans un cadre sécurisé. La chasse d’eau dans les toilettes ne fonctionnait pas je l’ai signalé ils ont mis 4 jours pour s’en occuper et ce n’était toujours pas très fonctionnel.

Assurément le meilleur établissement de notre séjour au Cameroun. Tres bon service. Disponibilité. Propre. Des éléments tres mineurs à ameliorer dont je leur ferais part mais qui n'altère en rien la qualité de cet hotel.
