perfect for proximity to airport and meetings. good place to host conferences. polite staff.

I’ve had a very terrible experience staying at this hotel with a broken toilet seat cover that no one would fix and water not running so lengthy periods of time causing me to miss my meeting. Advised the hotel of the issues and absolutely nothing was done about it. But my experience with Hotels.com is just as bad because I’ve called six times about this and email and no one wants to help resolve it they actually put you on hold for an hour and then hang up.

Hotel room that had a queen bed where I stayed had stained pillow cases, toilet bowl had no seat cover and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. After a long flight I wanted to rest my body till the following day. I checked out soon as I woke up. Wouldn't stay there again.

Staff needs training. They don't seem to understand hospitality
