The staff were excellent…very accommodating.

El Hotel esta un poco descuidado, el baño se esta cayendo, el piso se estaba derrumbando, la bañera estaba rota al igual que la ducha, es lamentable porque la habitacion es comoda y esta miy cerca de los lugares de interes

We booked a room for 4 people but it wasn't for four! It was only for two and at reception they said it was misunderstanding. Shower was leaking, hairdryer didn't work, TV required a code which was different every day so we had to call somebody to come and set it,they didn't clean the room the next day, the last day we didn't have breakfast as on Saturdays they serve it from 10am but we had to leave at 9am, at checkout they charged us for items at the fridge that we didn't take. Stuff didn't speak English.
