We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Everyone who we had contact with were beyond lovely. The atmosphere and style of the hotel was warm and beautiful. Loved it. Highly recommend. The tour guide and driver they use is also exceptional. Xavier was indispensable.

We managed to stay in 3 of the suites they had to offer - every single one of them were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was so kind and helpful, bringing us fresh pastries every morning. The fridge was always stocked with eggs and bfast supplies. A constantly replenished supply of fresh fruit on the table. The beds were comfortable, the showers clean with good water pressure. The location is right on the edge of old town, walking distance to several sights and restaurants. It is also right down the street from the pick up/drop off point for the bus to the Amazon. Hands down, this is where we will always stay if we ever return to Quito.

very convenient location, the staff are super friendly and helpful. the room was very spacious and comfortable with separate kitchen, dining and sitting area. the complimentary fruits and bread and food in the fridge are great. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed here in February 2025 and loved everything about the hotel. The room was spacious, had a separate living area from the bedroom. The fireplacein the kitchen/livingroom area was such a nice touch. The breakfast was perfect and the water provided was awesome. The hotel staff were all amazing and we would recommend using their airport shuttle service as well as using their recommended tour guides. Xavier was ours and we felt really comfortable with him. The surrounding area is great for walking and close to all of the historic areas. We did a hop on/off bus which was a 5 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants around as well. All of the pizza places were delish!

The suite is nearly as big as my house. It's beautifully furnished, in a relatively quiet area and the staff is excellent. There was a stocked refrigerator and kitchen. We were able to cook great breakfasts. There are plenty of choices if you prefer not to cook, as well. They provided 6 liter bottles of water daily! This is an absolute must when visiting the equator. Old Town was easily reached on foot or by taxi.

An amazing stay from start to finish!! Our room was very spacious with a well stocked kitchen for breakfast. The staff was 5 star, above and beyond doesn’t do them justice. This is the only place I will stay in Quito going forward.

Old Town Quito Suites was the perfect base for our family of 5! Conveniently located but in a quieter part of town which we appreciated. The 2BR apartment was spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Staff go out of their way to make your stay safe and comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Wonderful place. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. They arranged transportation for us. The suite was well equipped with breakfast items but they still delivered hot croissants in the morning. The rooms were cleverly designed to use space well and still retain the original character of the house. The street is full of restaurants so you don’t have to walk far. Close to public transportation. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, well maintained, clean. The staff was very nice and attentive, provided recommendations for dining and local culture. They provide fresh breakfast for you to make every morning but will offered to cook for you if you'd like. Eggs, milk, coffee, yogurt, bread, fruits, ham, cheese, and more. They will also make you aware of area and safety tips, the usual don't be out late at night by yourself. I definitely recommend.
