The room and furniture were of poor standards. The booking was for 2 persons sharing a room and breakfast, however, at breakfast time we were told only one of us was enttiled to breakfast so I had to go without. but the hotel staff was adamant record was showing as invalid, so i had to make another payment. I have emailed Hotel.com, but they haven't responded. I'm still not certain if I'd be refunded. A poor service!

Good but had to be put on the last floor with my aged mom who found it difficult to climb the stair cos elevator was broken.

My room view was broken down equipment. No one like to see that. Apart from that I felt welcome

Narpo hotel staff are very polite and respectful most of all they are very helpful and friendly During my stay in that’s hotel for six days was very good, their service is good breakfast always on time Their Deluxe bedroom is great comfortable bed and good housekeeping I will always recommend Narpo hotel because they have good security and you always protected amazing! I stayed in Narpo hotel for 12 days. To sum it up this is a very nice, safe, and well run hotel. For foreigners that safety is a big priority, this hotel is owned and runner by retired police officers so there is no problem with safety. This hotel is a good alternative for booking hotels close to the airport areas. I wanted to enjoy more of the local culture so I choose to stay away from the generic US hotels Marriot, Holiday inn etc in Accra. This hotel is located in Achimota and close to Mall and only 35 mins ride to the airport. I will suggest if you are booking, get the deluxe package with breakfast. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and polite. I would give this a 4/5 star rating.
