Overall, enjoyed the hotel. Staff was wonderful. Clean facility, good AC system, clean room, decent gym . Loved being right by the public transit station. Only wish we could dine a la carte. Did not want entire buffet.

The restaurant was closed and the pool was only available for 2 hours in the morning for children. Boring location with very few opportunities for shopping, restaurants, etc. We knew this when we booked the hotel, but unfortunately we completely missed the fact that the restaurant was closed on Sundays and that the pool was only available for children in the morning when we went with the grandchildren.

Helt okay ställe, var perfekt för där jag skulle. Något slitet badrum men i övrigt bra. Bra storlek på rummen och bra frukost.

The spa is absolutely incredible. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and are always willing to assist with any request. 10/10 would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing retreat. The hotel is in a great area with many local shops nearby. In addition, the restaurant has delicious food that is very fresh. Clean room and common spaces. I will definitely come stay again!

Great hotel, a slightly small room but other than that! Restaurant was fantastic, breakfast was great with lots to have and very good eggs! Stuff for a friendly and helpful. That pool and spa was the cherry on the cake. exceptional.!

Came late at the evening for our wedding night, staff offered free spa as a wedding gift. Very sweet of them!

방은 깨끗했고 바닥이 카펫이 아니어서 더욱 위생적으로 느껴졌습니다. Complimentary water가 없으나 컵에 수돗물을 받아 마시면 됩니다. 수돗물을 마시는 것이 약간 어색하게 느껴졌지만 금방 적응할 수 있었습니다. 암막커튼이 벽에서 약간 뜨는 부분이 있는데 하필 그곳을 통해서 아침의 직사광선이 침대의 베개 부분을 직격합니다. 그리고 실내 온도가 23도로 고정되어 있었는데 , 견딜만은 하지만 약간 춥다는 생각이 들었으니 추위를 많이 타는 사람이라면 따뜻한 잠옷을 챙겨오는 게 좋을겁니다. 아침식사는 매일 같은 메뉴가 나오지만 5일 동안은 질리지 않고 먹을 수 있는 기본에 충실한 메뉴였습니다.

Very good location. Just one minute walk from commuter train station. 10 minutes ride to downtown and 45 min ride to airport avoiding expensive Arlanda express train.

Hele fijne accommodatie voor een citytrip Stockholm. Naast het treinstation

Otelin yeri ve yakınlarındaki yeme içme yerleri / avm iyiydi. Stockholme taksi konusunda berbat . uber ve bolt resmen insanlarla dalga geçiyor. Downtown‘a ulaşım zor değil. Bizim banyomuzda duşun etrafı perdeliydi. Her odanın böyle olmadığını söylendi. Kahvaltı ortalama bir Avrupa kahvaltısı ama yeterliydi.

Really nice and reasonably priced hotel.

1)A notre arrivée on nous a demander de règler... alors que cela était déjà fait... PAS Agréable! 2) Vérification faite... la réception se trompe sur la terminaison de la carte bancaire ayant effectué le paiement TOTAL... Pas sérieux! 3) Petit déjeuner de belle qualité... OK Mais pas assez de place pour tout le monde!!! c'est la lutte pour avoir une table... normale! certains déjeunent sur les tables basses du coté salon et les canapés... PAS Normal ni Bien Organisé! 4) Pas de vélo salle de Gym... uniquement coté espace Wellness avec ambiance tropicale car Piscine juste en dessous... mais y a t-on accès sans supplémént? 5) Ma soeur ( chambre séparée)n'a jamais eu de ménage ni lit de fait durant son séjour de 3 nuits... et ce malgré une remarque faite au personnel dès la 1ère nuit... est ce normal alors que de notre coté cela était fait chaque jour sans aucune demande...? MERCI De lui offrir un geste Commercial... Mme KATAN ( séjour du 13 au 16 mai) 6) Changer les serviettes de toilettes chaque jour... n'est ce pas exagéré.... à une époque ou l'on nous parle planète, EAU, économie des ressources... et surtout QUI change de serviettes de toilette CHAQUE jour chez lui?
