It was a nice hotel with comfortable beds

Front desk was very nice, welcoming and attentive. Properly was very beautiful. Only downside is the AC units in the room, they took a long time to cool the area.

Super nice grit staff service .

Enjoyed the stay and staff was excellent.

Carcked bathroom mirror since the last time we visited and still not fixed

The bar is very loud and popular, so if you decide to stay, request a room as far away from the bar atrium as possible.

Great location and awesome hotel

Great Stay!

Beautiful hotel and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Only thing that wasn’t great was our bathroom was dirty. Sink and counter were covered in hair when we checked into the room. Not a huge deal but makes it questionable if they cleaned after the last person checked out.

Great hotel and a great price!

I was really comfortable and felt welcome. The bartender was rude but I didn’t let her ruin my night. I felt safe due to door lock at a certain time. Only customers can enter which I love. Will come back.

This hotel is very nice but the bed was hard.

The person at the front desk upon arrival was extemrley unpleasant and rude. Barely greeted me and was not friendly or hospitable at all. Need improvement for the first encounter most guest see

Good stay

We got in late and just wanted to go to sleep. Two hours into the night our room was cold so I tried to adjust temperature and heater didn't work they put us in a different room. Two hours later there was loud noises coming from the hallway. We couldn't go back to sleep. Will not stay here again.

The property is well maintained and looks nice! We had a small issue and it was corrected in a timely manner. The is no shuttle to anywhere… not even the airport.

Always love the double tree. The area around it is questionable and lits of trash outside, however it is nice inside and great service

We came in around 7pm...was snowing lightly. We waited at the check-in counter for the agent to give us our keys. The cookies were forgotten...so we asked for them the next morning on our way out. Our room was nice and tighty and efficient. Dinner in the bar was quite good :)
