AiAiba provides a unique experience in the Erongo Mountain region. The hotel is beautiful and peaceful. We would have loved to stay here for a week, if possible. Longer stays are recommended, but we stayed one night as a midway stop between Etosha and Swakopmund. The hike from the hotel to see the cave paintings is well-marked, has amazing views (the sunset is spectacular), and has a lot of cave art paintings. We did not expect to see this many paintings in such a quiet, serene space, which is a nice surprise. The ability to participate in hiking, biking, and other outside sports is enjoyable for all age groups. For the hike, we never found #1 (probably our oversight). Seeing the baboon families on the rocks overhead is exciting and unique to the lodge. We also thought the lights lighting up the rock faces behind the hotel at night were beautifully designed. We highly recommend this eco-friendly hotel. The room can get very cold in the winter at night, but the thick blankets provided helped tremendously. If you are interested in learning more about in cave art in a scholarly way, buy the cave art book (Peter Breunig in collaboration with Gabriel Franke, 2023). There no better source of informative, scientific, and scholarly knowledge on the rock art in the area. The book is well-researched and clearly communicated through the writing, pictures, and diagrams.

Hele leuke plek om steeds weer te keren.Zeer fijn zwembad heel fris maar leuk om baantjes te trekken. Mooie wandelingen rond the lodge. Het eten heeft wel een upgrade sinds een paar weken. Was heel lekker. Kamers fijn om in te vertoeven en netjes.

A unique experience for first timers in Namibia. Best part, in our opinion, was the extensive network of mountain bike trails and e-bike activity option. Amazing way to experience the landscape!

Ich liebe die Lodge. Leider ist nicht allzu viel in der Umgebung und der Weg sehr holperig. Würde aber immer wieder kommen!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gamedrives sind ebenfalls empfehlenswert.

Nice property with a beautiful self hike which you should definitely do in the morning. Rooms are spacious and nice but will need an upgrade in the next couple of years. Main area is very nice, food was very good, staff was polite but a bit stiff. Overal definitely a place i would stay again.

This lodge is a gem in the middle of the desert. The views from the room and dining area are priceless.

Wir können die Lodge wärmstens empfehlen. Wunderschönes Ambiente, toller Service, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, wunderschöne Landschaft! Man ist direkt im Urlaub angekommen. Die Anfahrt sind ca. 50km über Schotterpiste - lohnt sich aber total! Eine Sundowner-Wanderung mit Guide ist im Preis inbegriffen (lohnt sich! Ist sehr interessant!). Wir können die Lodge absolut weiterempfehlen!

Ai Aiba is a wonderful place in the beautiful Erongo mountains to relax and to recreate in this calm and peaceful area. The kitchen is phenomenal good.

ich hatte ausversehen einen falschen zeitraum gebucht, wollte stornieren und bekomme meine 250€ nicht wieder! Personal lässt nicht mit sich reden. Ich bin in der Ausbildubg und ärgere mich extrem

Wunderschöne Lage und Aussicht über die weite Landschaft des Erongogebietes. Herrvorragende Küche - bestes Rindersteak. Sehr freundliches Personal. Saubere und geräumige Chalets. Verschiedene Aktivitäten und Wanderungen. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Die Landschaft und die Lage der Lodge in den Hügeln/Felsen ist einzigartig! Man kann einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse/Pool aus genießen. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend. Zum Abendessen gibt es ein Menu mit regionalen Zutaten und Wildfleisch. (Föhn auf Nachfrage)
