Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, cozy room.

Hotel is located very centrally. Rooms are spacious and clean, but you have the street just outside your window, so I had my curtains on all the time. A very small hotel with no breakfast.

This is a beautiful, charming hotel in the heart of Yerevan's Kentron district. It's right across from Vernissage, an open-air market. The staff is so friendly and we loved having breakfast their every morning. I would recommend to anyone who wants to be walking distance from shopping, restaurants and downtown Yerevan.

great location, right next to Vernissage, the flea marke, other spots are in walking distance. Friendly staff, simple but delicious breakfast. highly recommend.
