Wonderful place! Services and room improvables

Right in the middle of nature, close to the national Park, town and other attractions. Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful

Very friendly staf. The bungalows have a very Nice view! Only the beds are not good. We first had a very hard mattress, we got a new one. It was very sunk.. good mattresses would have made the stay a lot better

Comida muy buena. Comodidad de la cama malísima. Acceso regular de internet. Lo que es excelente de este sitio es el personal que trabaja en el, que dedican cada minuto de su tiempo a asegurarse que no te falte de nada y por supuesto, la ubicación y el entorno. Casas en medio del bosque rodeadas de pura naturaleza. Lamentablemente el propietario de este enclave privilegiado debería invertir en las instalaciones: frío y sin posibilidad de calentar la habitación, instalación eléctrica muy deficiente, que debe renovarse urgentemente, por un tema de seguridad básica. Difícil la comunicación con el propietario, no contesta los emails de semanas previas y no permite pagar con tarjeta, aunque no lo había comunicado previamente.

Très bon choix d'étape en cette saison plus fraîche et humide. Les bungalows individuels sont en pleine nature, au calme, avec superbe vue sur la forêt. Seul se fait entendre le bruit de la rivière. Tout est accueillant, et les menus au choix bien préparés. Nous avions connu l'hôtel en 2008, il est resté bien entretenu.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und unseren Reklamationen ( mehrfach defekte Toilette) kam man schnell nach. Gestört hat uns, wie lange alles gedauert hat und dass wir am letzten Morgen nicht pünktlich abfahren konnten, weil alles sehr lange dauerte.

Alojamiento con buenas vistas .. y poco más. Caro para la media de la zona, y el poco mantenimiento que tiene. La cama incómoda es quedarse corto. La comida muy bien, sabrosa y variada. Lo que menos me gustó, fue que no facilitaron alojamiento para el guía que nos acompañaba, solo facilitaron para el conductor. Si es la política del hotel, me parece perfecto, no voy a entrar a discutir como cada uno gestiona su negocio. Pero se podría informar para que sepas a qué atenerte y evitar conflictos al llegar. En todo nuestro viaje por Madagascar, fue el único alojamiento que nos encontramos con esta situsción desagradable. Dónde la única solución fue que tuvimos que pagar el alojamiento del guía, pues obviamente, no íbamos a dejar que durmiera en la calle.

Beautiful place, the owner is very hospitable and the staff very kind. They made our stay fantastic. We stayed in the juior suite, that had a great view with a nice terrace and a small river next to it. The food was fantastic and no inconveniences afterwards :) The room could use some small renovations, but all the rest made up for that.

Einfach alles super

Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir direkt eine Nacht verlängert haben! Schon am ersten Abend wurden wir von einem Fahrer in Fianarantsoa abgeholt – der Eigentümer hat uns dabei wirklich sehr geholfen. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts stand er uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, sei es beim Buchen eines Busses, der Organisation eines Guides oder mit wertvollen Informationen zur Umgebung. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet! Wir haben nur vegetarisch gegessen und dennoch wurde uns jedes Mal ein besonderes Menü gezaubert. Die Zimmer sind schön und gemütlich. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Anlage und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gastfreundschaft des Personals, die wunderschöne Umgebung und der Blick in den Regenwald machen diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir können jedem nur empfehlen, hier eine oder zwei Nächte zu verbringen!

Georgous place totally immerged in the nature, with wide windows averywhere to enjoy the surrounding even more. I highly recommand this place!

Un lieu magnifique avec une très belle vue depuis les bungalows, un endroit calme non loin du centre du village, un personnel souriant accueillant et aux petits soins. Des repas copieux et délicieusement préparés. Je recommande et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir! Un grand merci !

Wir waren skeptisch bei diesem Hotel, aber wir sind positiv überrascht worden. Ja, die Zimmer sind einfach, aber super sauber und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Das Personal ist herzlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir haben unsere Wahl nicht bereut und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Amazing location right in the heart of the national park so a really good spot to be based from. The high level bungalows are a steep 5-7 minute walk from reception. Advantages - great views across the rainforest canopies / Disadvantages - not at all suitable for those with accessibility needs and quite basic furnishings but to be honest we only used them to sleep in. Included breakfast was very good and wholesome. We only ate there one night for dinner and whilst convenient if you’re tired, there are better places in the village 5 minutes ride away.

Mooie ligging, eenvoudige bungalows,vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten. Nu nog zorgen voor betere matrassen en meer water uit douche

You do it for the nature and the kind people in the accommodation. We had a great view in hut 9. You have to do some climbing down (stairs) to get there, but that is worth it. The accommodation itself is really bed. The cushion were not cleaned at all, the mattress was completely worn down. So don’t do it for the comfort. The food we had here was better than in hotel thermal.
