Although initially being given the incorrect room, and reception struggling to find my booking. The Guest relations manager was quick to rectify the mistake and was very helpful and attentive. The upgraded room was a much better size than the original room provided. My only negative responses is the location of the executive suite being on the top floor meant that the room itself was extremely hot, and not being shown how to open the curtains in the bedroom, caused the heat to be trapped in the room further adding to the heat. This meant the room was very uncomfortable to stay in the room during the daytime. Having just two standing fans is not enough to keep a room of that size cool during the hot days.
