La chambre etait tres bien expect la douche qui n'était pas tres bien , service restaurant tres bien , et personnel tres gentil. Le diner et le petit dejeuner étaient très bons. Merci pour la l'accueil

Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Restaurant was delicious and available for an early breakfast. Airport shuttle was included which was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

The room was clean. Staff were friendly and professional. They were helpful to my needs during my stay. However, there was a mishap when sending a shuttle to pick me up. The management did an excellent job in making a board with my name. Unfortunately, I was not able to see it. It was not displayed where I could have notice it. I did not see the messages that were sent to me on my phone until much later. I had to pay for a taxi to take me to the hotel.

Is great stay in preparation to fly. Have a weighing scale. Was relaxing while waiting to travel the longer trip

Although initially being given the incorrect room, and reception struggling to find my booking. The Guest relations manager was quick to rectify the mistake and was very helpful and attentive. The upgraded room was a much better size than the original room provided. My only negative responses is the location of the executive suite being on the top floor meant that the room itself was extremely hot, and not being shown how to open the curtains in the bedroom, caused the heat to be trapped in the room further adding to the heat. This meant the room was very uncomfortable to stay in the room during the daytime. Having just two standing fans is not enough to keep a room of that size cool during the hot days.

Nice staff, bed covered to prevent mosquitoes from disturbing your sleep. Good choice of food too at the restaurant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again

Staff was so nice and friendly, food was great in the restaurant. Room was nice and bed was comfortable to sleep in. We stayed multiple nights and it was a great place to stay near the airport. The complementary airport shuttle was one less thing to worry about during our stay

The beds and pillows were wonderful! The hotel and grounds are very unique and beautiful. The staff was amazing. I had a 90 min massage that was fantastic and very reasonable. I have stayed a 4 different place in Kenya, two of which were brand name but this one was the best!

It was a good deal for the price. Clean rooms and decent amenities. Obviously, the managers make an effort to keep it in good condition. Kitchen is open 24 hours. I didn't have a meal but the people I shared the airport shuttle bus with said the meal was great

As usual staff, rooms and food at this hotel are exceptional. The free airport shuttle is an extra bonus (some hotels in the area charge you $20 each way.) This hotel does not deserve its 3 star status, in my view it is at least a 4 star and easily gets a 5 star rating from myself. I cannot recomnend this hotel highly enough. This was my 4th visit and will be back again next year.

The guest ID policy is quite annoying. It's as if they are running a college dormitory and not a professional hotel.

This is my go-to place to stay while transferring through Nairobi to other parts of East Africa. I love the gym - huge room and tons of equipment. Much more than typical of a hotel. The transportation from and back to the airport is provided by the hotel, so, while the hotel is off the beaten path, it's convenient for me because they do all the work.
