This property is in the "suburbs". If you are a person coming in from North America, the location may seem as if it is in the hood. But it is reasonably safe. The bus number 337 which costs about 3 GEL has a stop on a road parallel that to the hotel. I would strongly suggest completely ignoring the village idiots at the airport (Taxi touts) and walk right to the green bus stationed outside the terminal building. Hotel has lots of clean towels. They include soap. Not sure where the water comes from. May not be treated or minimally treated and therefore has a slight sewer smell, but that seems to be the normal smell of tap water here in the city. Breakfast is excellent, coffee is instant (bring your own coffee press if need be) Room comes with a kettle 2 bags of instant coffee and two tea bags. Staff speak english and therefore a plus when it comes to communication.

This hotel was very good for us. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was varied and tasty, a great way to start the day. The front desk staff were very helpful and the restaurant downstairs had a bar and good food. We took the airport transfer, middle of the night and everything went very smoothly. Great stay!

Not too far from the main attractions of the city - walkable to the city centre. Room was perfectly nice with free bottles of water and tea / coffee making facilities. Didn't like the free breakfast.

The hotel is new. Everything is clean. The rooms are good. Breakfast is good. Can't complain.

The room had a strong smell of some type of cleaner and we couldnt open the window as there were people smoking just outside

+ very friendly , helpful and accommodating. Nice hotel, clean and not far from Downtown. - breakfast options are very limited and not good. Nescafé coffee! Noisy hotel (we had a family with kids playing in the commun areas of the hotel).

Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Auch Missverständnisse bzgl. Wann die Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgen soll, wurden schnell geklärt und sogar dann nachgefragt, wann diese erfolgen soll. Nur einige Gehminuten und man erreicht den belebten Teil der Stadt.

Such a great hotel with incredibly lovely staff. The bar was a really nice area and had a really good selection of wine. Breakfast was also fab, a great continental spread. I will definitely be back!

Was so dissapointed. Horrible experience. Phone did not work, hot water did not work, room was super freezing. Party and loud people at hotel until 3 am. I would not recommend. The breakfast was also super basic and horrible. The only nice thing is Mariami the receptionist.

Room was really good but had no total black out! But bed is very comfortable, linen and shower amazing. Location is good, staff is helpful! Must say breakfast is not that good, even coffee is instantaneous!
