Nice and clean room. Excellent breakfast! The room tv didn’t work, we escalated few times without any success. Also, had an issue with spa booking but it worked at the end and the massage was worth it.

Fint rum, bra personal jättebra frukost. Spa avdelningen va inte så bra, på ett så bra hotell tror man att de har utbildad personal men det va de sämst spenderade pengarna någonsin. Tog en pedikyr för 5500 inr mina fötter blev sämre än de va innan. Så bo på hotellet men strunta i spa avdelningen.

Fantastic stay! Food was excellent

We had wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was amazing! A big thank you to Rigo who really looked after us and made sure my intolerances were catered for as well as being super friendly and caring. Also to “ Harry” , one of the managers who helped us with our bicycles. We’re from Australia and cycling round the world so our bikes are very precious to us! Lulu shopping mall was close by and also the airport. Highly recommend this hotel!

Comfortable stay. Excellent service and I will recommend for anyone. If any guest come for serious discussion give them private area not in middle of the restaurant. Their loud conversations is not comfortable for other guest and rude attitude towards serving bearers, shouldn’t be allow. Such guests may be Big shots of the town/city but certain good attitude to be kept to the staff , senior managers sit with the guest and absorbs such attitude.

All aspects from staff, to cleanliness, to facilities and more were great. Could not have asked for anymore.
