They did not find our registration and took a while to sort that out. Afterwards the person checking us in took forever to have over our keys. The hotel room had water dripping onto the floor which was a hazard. The air conditioner also stopped working overnight. Overall This was a terrible stay.

Parking lot gates did not open. Poor service at restaurant. Initially given room looked good but wifi unavailable. Nicolette was helpful that was good.

Excellent location, quiet and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful.
