Spa was amazing and the staff was great. Spa manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Frankly the hospitality of all of the staff was top notch.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Yemekler, sunumlar ve hizmet güler yüzlü yardımcı ekip. Kaliteli yiyecekler, hizmet. Sadece deniz olarak farklı ama bu fethiye bölgesinin ve bu bölgenin yapısı ile alakalı. Berrak bir su yok, ama sabahtan rüzgarsız olan denize rahatlıkla girebilirsiniz.

Yemekleri,çalışanları,temizliği,sakinliği her yönü ile harika bir otel. Çalışanların Güler yüzlülüğü ve her konuda yardımcı olmaları çok güzeldi.

Balayı tatili için buraya geldik, 5 gece 6 günlük tatilimiz mükemmeldi. Balayı çiftlerine özel; odaya kahvaltı + akşam yemeğinde masa süsleme + 1 adet çerçeveli fotoğraf + ilk girişte oda süsleme (balonlar, çilekli kalp şeklinde pasta, şampanya, şarap, meyve tabağı ikram ediliyor). Odaya kahvaltı ve masa süsleme hizmetleri için resepsiyon ile görüşüp istediğiniz günü ayarlamaniz gerekiyor. Öncelikle bu tatilde en keyif aldığımız, bizi en çok etkileyen şey çalışanların nezaketi ve güler yüzlü olmasaydı. İstisnasız hepsi o kadar ilgili ve iyiydi ki eşimle kendimizi özel hissettik. Burası tam bir havuz oteli. Eşim normalde havuz sevmez ama burada tatil boyunca havuzdan çıkmadık. Havuzdaki bar şahane, neredeyse tüm otel havuz ile birbirine bağlantılı. Plajı çok beğenmedik, denizi hoşumuza gitmedi ama zaten böyle bir havuz varken denizi de pek aramadık. Plaja daha güzel bir iskele ve şezlonglar konulabilir. The residence'da kalanlar hem buranın restoranlarını hem de yan hotel sensatori'yi kullanabiliyor. Ancak oradakiler buraya gelemiyor. Ana restoranda her gün farklı bir dünya mutfağı çıkıyor. Biz yemeklere bayıldık. Hem sunum şekli, hem de lezzetleri harikaydı. Eğer yan hotelde akşam yemeği istiyorsanız, ilk gün resepsiyonda rezervasyon yaptırmayı unutmayın. Burası sadece yetişkinlere özel olduğu için daha sakin ve huzurluydu. Genellikle yaşlı turistler vardı. Etkinliklerin çoğu yan hotelde oluyor. Odada ki minibarda alkollü ve alkolsüz içecekler her gün yenileniyor.

Hayatımda yaptığım en iyi tatildi. Çalışanlar inanılmaz mutlu ve ilgiliydi. Temizlik mükemmeldi. Yemekler şahaneydi. Özellikle karides mükemmeldi.

I couldnt believe this was an all inclusive! Super comfortable stay, delicious food, beautiful beach and pool, clean, and most of the staff was very friendly and helpful! An excellent value for all that you get.

This hotel is one of the best in Turkey, we have just spent a great week at The Residence. The hotel itself is immaculately clean inside and out. Staff are all very friendly and could not do enough for us. Food is served to you rather than buffet style and always a very good quality with a lot to choose from. Cocktails at the pool are very good with a wide selection of drinks available. We had a massage at the spa which was very relaxing. We also hired one of the cabanas on the beach which was great for the price, highly recommended. Unfortunately, we must knock a star off for the problem we encountered towards the end of the holiday, there was some sort of photo/video shoot going on around the hotel (we assumed for a promotional video) which meant drones were flying around the pool area for most of the day. One did crash when it hit a tree next to us which nearly hit us whilst sunbathing. This did continue even after this incident, so it forced us to go inside as it wasn’t very relaxing with the fear of being hit and the noise from the drone itself. We also had to move to the sister hotel next door as the residence closed for the season on our last day at 12:00, sadly this combined with the drones did spoil the last two days for us.

Such an amazing experience - from the staff service, to the room to the food. Everything was truly 5 star. The pool is so unique in that it runs throughout the resort and breaks up the spaces so you can have privacy. Beach was rocky so we ended up staying at the po. All restaurants are al-la-carte so you get the full dining experience. Impeccable food! We spent 2 nights 3 days here - wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommend to those looking for a quiet and luxurious holiday.

The room, pool area and service were all excellent. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, we liked the layout of the pool and beach area as you didn’t feel there were lots of people around. The staff were very attentive in all aspects of the hotel. The restaurants were good and overall we enjoyed the food and we also like the cocktail bar and other bar areas of an evening. We hired a car for a couple of days and explored the area - some places worth visiting are: - Babadag cable cars - Kayakoy - Saklikent National Park
