Vi tilbrakte et døgn der før vi reiste hjem fra Uganda. Veldig fin avslutning på ferien. Hotellet ligger på en vakker tomt helt nede ved Lake Victoria, med fantastisk utsikt. Det er stille og rolig, men allikevel gåavstand til Victoria Mall og Botanisk Hage. De som jobber der er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi kommer tilbake en dag.

Incluyen servicio de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto y al mall cercano. Tienen un conductor en el hotel que te puede llevar a casi todos los sitios, aunque algunos son de pago. Vale la pena. El restaurante esta abierto 24 horas al día, aunque el servicio es lento. Tiene una playa al lago con mesas para tomar algo o disfrutar si el tiempo lo permite.

This was a haven of rest after a busy trip. The hotel offer free transportation to the mall and the airport. One night there was a noisy event on the beach but it finished at 11pm Staff friendly for the most part. There was an unfortunate incident at the end which occurred because of miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel concerning check out time. Expedia told me 10pm and the hotel wanted to charge me an extra night as they said check out was 11am. I had a previously arranged shuttle to the airport at 8pm so the hotel knew about this. I had written confirmation from Expedia, and no prior communication from hotel staff about check out time. Trying to sort this out took a lot of time and left a negative reflection on what had been a great stay.
