I had a blast for my sister birthday

Beautiful property however The check in process was way too long almost 45 minutes wait time. Additionally the dining options were not enough as many restaurants were closed and it caused long delays to access the buffet

A great stay for couples and people with children. I thought it would be kids running around everywhere. That was not the case they had their own areas. The staff was great from the bartenders Dogria and Aniworths, the bowling attendant Joseph, and the spa attendants as well. The front desk was very welcoming. I love the plane overall. This was my second stay and I'll go again.

Everything was better than I expected

The property was very nice, and had alot of amenities and activities. The pools, lazy river, and bowling alley were our favorites. The staff overall were not very friendly. Mellesia from food and beverage concierge was great. The gate staff and check in staff were great. The bartenders and the servers (especially in Martha's Market), were not friendly at all.

Great property. I love that a pool was located right next to the kids water park. All the restaurants are in one area with the shopping made us feel like we were in a small town. I would definately stay there again. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was also good. If we wanted to however dine at a restaurant (not main dining hall) not all require reservations and spaces are usually limited. They operate on a first come first serve basis so the wait time for those was like half hr.

The service was poor. You had a long wait for everything.

The room was clean however the sewage scent was a bit high and we could smell it from the room. Staff was mostly friendly and courteous however there were one or two things that didn’t do properly. The kids enjoyed it. The experience was mostly good.

Clean room, great staff, family friendly. Sakura restaurant, great entertainment and food. Sugar cane restaurant decor was amazing but my food was sadly lightly seasoned. Jamaican Grill, great decor and food.

Atmosphere was beautiful , rain showers in afternoon did not ruin a thing they only lasted 30 you guys need to have a meeting on food options daily . Mix it up .. Mexican food , more seafood, more ceviche not just one bowl Also your staff needs to be consistent like be nice to everyone not just when your in a good mood .Grill cooks all rude all 5days Have them rotate cooks its hott and they get uncomfortable just like cook at pizza table and stir fry cook she was only one with a good attitude everyone else was mad or unhappy and rude . Teach them to smile and say hi work with pride not just throw it on the grill like ugh .. I tipped everyone if the lady helping us in Martha's buffet getting our drinks I asked for 2 cokes so she wouldn't have to go back and she said you only said 1 I said why you mad when ever you can just bring 2 she came back with 1 omg . We could tell who was happy and who wasnt you tip them and they were nice you gotta be nice to all guest all the time .Geraldo was a very nice employee he cut our coconuts and recommended places to eat all with a smile . Coffee shop was nice all morning all day . Front desk was hit or miss some nice some didnt even say hi .. Dancers at shows great work give them small incemtives for doing extra jobs .. like the cooks should get for their hard work ..waiters are happier cause they know they're getting a tip. Beach was awesome needed some wait staff out there atleast 1 jeeze . Room was nice will be updating later ..

One of the best resorts I’ve been to so far. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and intensive from the time I’ve checked in. Wouldn’t mind revisiting the property again , and also recommending future guess to the resort .

It was absolutely stunning

Nice resort it would be nice if the provided transportation from the airport knowing there 50 minutes away from the airport and the food could be better if you asked me.

The property was beautiful, love the environment, the food was good however some off the breakfast items were salt, yhe drinks were great. The rooms needs work alot of work. Ithe rooms are not up to date, the furniture needs to upgrade, i could smell the sewage coming up from the bathroom and once you go out side i could smell the sent of the sewage while walking around parts of the property. Overall the pools are great, the restaurant are great, i love that there was alot of restaurant and food to choose from. They provide alot of attractions for the kids. It was a good experience.

Waited an hour after I arrived to check in.. limited food choices. Paid for a premium room and the room didn't even have the hanging chair. I made several calls and they made empty promises. A lizard was found inside of the shower and a gecko was found inside my room. Plus make sure that you bring insect repellent because the mosquitoes are insane. Beautiful resort..but if they had more entertainment options and better food choices instead of the same repetitive food. This would be a hidden gem. The most disrespectful thing that a saw were two men in a Junior Swimout room with the blinds completely open in the nude with the other male in bed waiting. This was on the family side of the resort and the incident was reported.

Entertainment was pretty good. Food was good as well.

The spa was relaxing. The spa staff was very nice. The Bellman,courtney provided excellent service.

Definitely not an all-inclusive resort when dining options are limited and payment is required to utilize the VR games room. The waterpark is really a play area for small kids. The room was musty with multiple stains on the furniture. Key access to the room was limited to the adults only and was a big inconvenience whenever one of the kids needed to go to the room. The beach was a disappointment as it seemed more like an area of stagnant water. Areas for dining and drinking had worn out furniture and counters. The nightclub was also a big disappointment as it was musty and lacked a party ambiance.The food was a bit better than other places but the alcoholic drinks were mediocre at best. The only plus was the lazy river, bowling alley and live shows. Despite a multitude of issues which was brought to management's attention, they never offered anything as a gesture of goodwill for the inconveniences. And with all that, they still wanted to sell us a vacation club package. Really? Definitely a 4/10 experience.

Tracey Ann from Martha's Market was the best server we've had on this trip. The service was excellent. The hotel was beautiful. The restaurants especially the Jerk Hut was great. Clean rooms. Responsive staff. Amazing service. The requests for banners on doors was prompt. Although it was a family resort it didn't detract from the adult vibes. There was always something to do from exercise to pool games. I didn't get a chance to eat at all the restaurants but most had decent food.
